"I will not be returning to this restaurant. I've visited about five times, and while the food was good on two occasions, the staff was consistently unprofessional and quite rude. There was one instance when they ran out of rice, which drastically limited our options to just three menu items. On two separate visits, they closed early. Today, we arrived at 7:45 PM, right past their prominently lit "OPEN" signs, and a staff member barely glanced up from her phone to inform us they were closing. Their posted hours indicate they close at 9 PM. I recommend taking your business to Pollo Tropical or the new Miami Grille down the street instead. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be coming back."
