"I will not be returning to this restaurant. I've visited about five times, and while the food was good on two occasions, the staff was consistently unprofessional and quite rude. There was one instance when they ran out of rice, which drastically limited our options to just three menu items. On two separate visits, they closed early. Today, we arrived at 7:45 PM, right past their prominently lit "OPEN" signs, and a staff member barely glanced up from her phone to inform us they were closing. Their posted hours indicate they close at 9 PM. I recommend taking your business to Pollo Tropical or the new Miami Grille down the street instead. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be coming back."

Stopped by last week and am already back. Why would you pay more for fast food when you can get both quality amazing food here. The owner and staff are very friendly and appreciate your business. Great place.

So how do you order? Is there a secret word to get service there? Went there twice, well before their closing time. 1st time employee was outside on break, sees my car and proceeds to go back into the restaurant, then into his car and leaves. 2nd time and older employee was inside the restaurant and again no one took the order. No wonder it's always empty there.

The food is just mediocre and very overpriced. I've been wanting to try this place for a long time, and now I understand why Pollo Tropical is always busy while this restaurant is mostly empty. My usual order here, which I also get at Pollo Tropical, is somehow $6 more expensive and, honestly, the portion size is almost half as much. I swear, it's the smallest chicken I've ever seen!
