"AWFUL!!! Bad service and sub par food. We dined in at 5:45 on a Friday and the restaurant was empty. A few people outside but not busy whatsoever. Still, the service was incredibly slow. Waited long periods of time on refills, food was slow even though the “free flowing kitchen” model of the restaurant makes it so that all food comes out whenever- I waited over 20 minutes for 2 tacos and my husband had already finished eating. Mind you, there’s practically no one in this restaurant at the time. Another frustrating issue was that we were NOT made aware that refills aren’t free. They charge you $3 per refill (from a tap btw) so we ended up paying nearly 20 dollars on soda, completely unaware because it wasn’t communicated to us- not to mention our last refill came when the check was dropped long after we had both finished eating. Aside from the slow and crumby service, the food wasn’t great and my tortillas weren’t cooked so they snapped in half upon picking up my two tacos- both of which were not even a quarter of the way filled. Upon leaving, our server was super pretentious and told us that the restaurant was super frustrating to work in because of how disorganized and inexperienced the young staff is- not what he was used to coming from a “fine dining background” despite the fact that he himself contributed to our negative experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!"

"We were very excited to eat hear as it looked so cute and hear such great things on social media, etc. The ambiance was very trendy and cute, seemed clean, music was loud to start, but they changed the music, and not a big deal for us. We got sat at a bar hightop, even though the restaurant was empty and i requested a normal table on my reservation. Not a big deal. Service was great and attentive. Drinks were good. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE FOOD. THe best item we had were the chips and queso. Tacos were cold and bland, or just SPICY and no other flavor to offer. The carnitas inside the Flautas dish was crunchy and COLD. A good cocktail/happy hour spot, but would not eat dinner here again. Checked it off the list."
