"Later, I ordered my favorite dish, the Siam River Roll, which I had asked for with an extra item. However, as I started eating, I realized there was something in the roll that definitely shouldn't have been there—plastic! The waiter, who seemed to be new, apologized and took the plate back to the kitchen, where I could see the chefs discussing the issue amongst themselves.
While I was offered a replacement, I was already feeling quite disheartened by that point. The waiter informed the manager about the situation, but she never came over to address my concerns. I felt overlooked as a loyal patron of this restaurant. After waiting a while, I decided to leave.
On a side note, the white couch along the wall desperately needs cleaning; it looks quite dingy now, whereas it used to be one of the highlights of the restaurant's decor."
