"If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. I'm not sure if these other reviews are fake but the food and service was not good. I started off with the queso fundido chorizo and there was not enough cheese. I also ordered the combo #2 which was a taco, quesadilla and an enchilada all with beef. The taco was alright, the meat was very dry and the tortilla tasted stale. The quesadilla barely had any cheese and no meat. I couldn't even eat the enchilada because it smelled like the elephants at the zoo and did not taste good. The waiter also overcharged me on my food even though the menu clearly states the prices. It was a waste of my money and I will never come here again!!!"

"Found this place because a customer and I had to take a look at a 65 C10 he was thinking of buying. Due to the wait, we got lunch in the city of Rome, GA. Customer found this Mexican place. Reminded me of an old style Texas Restaurant from the 70's. Service was average and the wet steak burrito that came out was large. The food was average, meat was not seasoned and/marinated. Just Ok. I am from the West coast so I don't understand why certain Mexican restaurants have to change thier taste of food for the people here. You can tell it's predominantly white area here, still no reason to change the taste lower that authentic taste. C'mon brothers and sisters make it like in Mexico!!!! Man I miss the West Coast Mexican restaurants they kill it and have you begging for more. This place is just MEH!!! Oh chips and salsa was that cheap thin stuff. No No No."

My food took more than half an hour to come out and after that it came out cold and they weren't even busy, I ordered the seafood parillada. The waitress who delivered my food was very kind but sadly it does not justify the way the service is handled for a customer. "Haven't been to Cranford in a long time but was there today for the street fair. Unimpressed by the food truck selection I stopped into this cute and affordable Mexican eatery and was glad I did! I had the Tinga Burrito, which was chicken with rice, beans, cheese and Pico de gallo with a tomato chipotle sauce. It was absolutely yummy and came with nicely seasoned fries and tortilla chips with two different sauces. A lot of carbs but still very tasty. The waitress was very friendly and attentive but also left me be to enjoy my meal and the beautiful day and it was a perfect day for the provided outdoor dining. I'd definitely go there again when back this way. Only drawback is they don't serve alcohol, so all the drinks are virgin. Other than that, it was a nice new place to eat while at the fair."

"The service and atmosphere were good. I had some crispy tacos, which were decent, but my girlfriend ordered a mole dish, and that's where we ran into a problem: the chicken had a bad smell. I asked if the chicken was fresh, and they assured me it was, but something was off. As a result, my girlfriend couldn't enjoy her meal and only ate the rice and beans, leaving her with a negative experience."

"If it wasn’t for my sis visiting and surprising me with tickets to see Dear Silas, I wouldn’t have even know about Ruins. (This location is in deep ellum, so get there early to get a parking spot or be prepared to walk. After checking to see where we were going, I was like let me see what the vibes are at the Ruins. MAN THEY ARE A COCKTAIL BARS, FOOD, AND LIVE MUSIC VENUE ? ONE STOP SHOP! You get to eat eat, drink, and dancy dance in the limbo room or pick any place to sit for service. It has the perfect atmosphere for all music. Big enough to dance and small enough to get a great vibe going. Staff is amazing and attentive, also there’s a bar in back so you won’t miss any performances.The food Picasso ?‍?true authentic South American flavors. 10/10 recommendation"
