"I placed a mobile order to buy lunch for my technicians and sent one of them to pick it up. He didn't check the bag before leaving, assuming everything would be correct. When he brought it back to the shop, it turned out to be the wrong order. I had to arrange for someone else to cover my shift so I could go sort this out. When I arrived at the restaurant, they handed me a bag, and in a rush to get back to work, I only glanced inside instead of checking everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, when I returned to the shop and handed out what I thought was my order, it was still wrong. I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer! Not only did my technicians miss out on lunch, but I also had to leave work to deal with this. I'm really unhappy with this level of service."
