"If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would! The last two visits I’ve taken there, their system was down! Instead of putting a courtesy note up or something they just had people waiting in line for 20 minutes and didn’t inform you until you made it to WINDOW to pick up the food. I come on my lunch break and only have a certain amount of time permitted. It’s very inconvenient and quite unprofessional to have someone wait for some long and not say one thing and when you get to the window they don’t even care… I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE POS of a restaurant again!!!!"

This is the first time my daughter and I ever went to a sonic well it sure will be the last! Fries over fried but cold also the tater tots were hard and so was the popcorn chicken!

Absolutely horrible! Ordered 2 Corn Dogs, Tots Chicken bites. Chicken was dry horrible, threw away. Corn Dogs were cold. Tots were okay. Spent $22 because I ordered through Door Dash. I literally live 1 mile away. Unacceptable!!!

The workers seemed to have forgotten about our mobile order. After waiting for about 20-30 minutes, we had to check in to see if they had received our order. It then took an additional ten minutes for the food for three children to be prepared. View menu

Average fast-food burgers/sandwiches. LOVED the iced coffee and the strawberry shake! Fed the flock of birds that were hanging out in the parking lot some tots!Parking: TONS of parking available on both sides of the building to do the outside from-your-car ordering.

My server was Casidy. She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was top notch. She was very friendly and polite. She grabbed my change immediately and made conversation with me in a very kind way. She made sure I was taken care of quickly and enjoyed my first ever Sonic experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. When I finally got my chili dog, it was a pretzel instead! There was no way we were going back thru that line, and since there's no way to go inside, we are the pretzel. Very good for a pretzel. Lousy for a chili dog...which I had been craving. This is the first time I've had a bad experience there, so hopefully next time will be back to normal. View menu

It used to be good but there was nothing good today in fact we had to return 2 slider chicken sandwiches that were dark brown hard as a rock meat. The exchanged sandwiches the wrappers were greasy. I think their using dirty old oil. The Onion rings wereterribly greasy. Possibly need to clean the slushy or icecream machines too because the drink I've gotten delicious beforetasted odd today.

I think the reviews on this crappy ass yelp are hilarious and sad at the same time. Definitely brought out more entitled people to Harass teenage kids because they dont know how to use their gift card on the app. A 1 star review because you are a rude idiot that didnt deserve respectful service from anyone. Lol lol lol All you see on here is a bunch of people out to get something for free. losers, eat at home.
