"One of our favorite go to places when we need a late night snack or drink. The Sonic app is the best because it is always happy hour and there are plenty of slushes and soda?s or tea to choose form. Plus they usually have some other deal going on (like 2for $5 burgers or $1 grilled cheese). Location is great, usually right next to or close enough to a freeway exit where you caneasily grab something and hit the road again. I do miss when they had their grilled chicken sandwiches with hatch chili?s butthere is plenty on the menu to choose from. One of my favorite?s is their hot fudge shake, sounds like a lot but it is actuallythick, creamy, and very light. My husband loves their tater tots and also has recently enjoyed their newer broccoli cheddar tots(literally they taste like broccoli cheddar soup in a tot form). Sonic?s burgers are always a good choice and my Dad loves theirConey Chili dogs. And of course don?t forget the cranberry lime slush (or any one of the many flavors Sonic has to offer). Lovethe drive-in concept as well, so much fun and cool to see the Staff on roller skates on occasion. They are always smiling!"

"Only ever ordered the drinks from here.. always thought that sonic was the lowest of the low compared to all other fast food places.. oh boy did i eat my words.. their food was actually really really good.. hot, fresh, and a lot of flavor. Of course the drinks are great too (to be expected). Will definitely be ordering food from them more often.. hotdog and burger was surprisingly on par with a lot of other places, if not, even better.. A+ on the tater tots, fries, and pretzel twist too. Very pleasantly surprised! Literally no complaints"

"If I could give a 0 on service I would. Waited for 10 minutes behind 2 vehicles which drove off, 1 of them screaming into the microphone for one of your employees to answer for drive through), we drove up no answer, drove to window and not 1 employee looked over or came to assist us. Pulled around to car hop area been sitting here for several minutes and couldn’t get our call answered either so far. Then a person drove up parked next to us pushed their button and got immediately answer. Worst customer service in the whole town!!"

"First time trying Sonic in the Bradenton area because where I live we don’t have a Sonic I’ve been wanting to try Sonic for the longest I finally got to try it today! The food was amazing and crunchy I loved it but only reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because of the wait. I had to change 2 times to a different drive thru everybody that came after me was already ordering but the drive thrus I went to would say “we’ll be with you soon” waiting about 10 mins. Another thing is that they need to maintain outside more clean. The windows of the restaurant were very dirty disgusting but overall I loved the food would’ve wished to not wait that long."

"If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would! The last two visits I’ve taken there, their system was down! Instead of putting a courtesy note up or something they just had people waiting in line for 20 minutes and didn’t inform you until you made it to WINDOW to pick up the food. I come on my lunch break and only have a certain amount of time permitted. It’s very inconvenient and quite unprofessional to have someone wait for some long and not say one thing and when you get to the window they don’t even care… I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE POS of a restaurant again!!!!"

"I like this location. As with all Sonics it seems, their touchscreens are broken and do not show buttons, so my issue is really with the organization not maintaining functional equipment and not this location. If Sonics knows the touch screens don’t work then then it all into drive-thru only or indoor service. I inadvertently added a $20 tip onto my order by pressing a button that was invisible to me, just looked like blank screen (that tip was more than my entire order) and could only get it off by pushing all over the screen until another blank area reduced the tip to $2. The screen counts down and gives you about 38 seconds to figure out where on the screen you need to hit. Again, the buttons don’t show so your option is either not to try to tip the employees using the touch screen or to tip them your life’s savings that was wonky to me. Anyways, our server Miguel was great, our shakes were great."

"#10 Chicken crispy sandwich (not the slider). This is the perfect sandwich designed by executives sharing a Google spreadsheet trying to figure out how to deliver the lowest cost product while pretending to offer a premium product. If they trimmed just a thin slice of chicken from each sandwich, after 100 sandwiches they saved a pound of chicken. There 's about 1/3 the amount of chicken in this sandwich than at McDonald 's. The meat has a thick hard coating having minimal flavor. A scant amount of wilted lettuce with a gob of mayo on a roll that 's pretty small and there you have it! Served with tater tots that must be on some sort of rationing system to make sure you don 't get too many. The ordering at the drive-in stall was fun, quick and easy. The car-hop was efficient and we gave a tip. My friends didn 't say much about their burgers, so I presume they were OK."

"This was my first visit to Sonic, and I found the ordering system to be quite efficient. I opted for regular fries and two varieties of popcorn chicken. The fries were decent, but nothing extraordinary that I couldn't find at any other restaurant. Unfortunately, the buffalo chicken was overly salty; the sauce was just way too salty for my taste. I ended up having to eat it with white rice to help balance out the saltiness, but even then, I couldn't finish all of it. My mom also tried the chicken and didn't like it either. If I'm craving fast food again, I think I'll choose a different place."

"The Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites were not anything Id buy again. They appeared to be baked until the exterior was quite brown with crispy edges and softer middle. The filling was overpowered by the overly toasted flavor of the outer edges. There was a slight sense of heat but everything was muddled without specific flavor. Its unusual that their onion rings left a bit to be desired. There were several that were stuck together so that the batter between them never got crispy and were cooked but were somewhat soggy and had no color. Sonic onion rings are my favorite but they had a bad day today."

"Was ordering and they said they were out of onion rings so we ordered 2 meals 1 with fries and the other with tots. When the young lady brought us our order it was only 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and we didn't receive our fries or tots so I asked where are the French fries and tator tots? She said oh we ate running lol on them. When we placed our order she aske if we wanted tots or fries and we got large drinks also. Our total was a little under $20 and my husband handed the 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks back to the young lady and said I'm not paying $20 for 2 hamburgers and 2 drinks this is ridiculous u didn't even bring us all of our order and we left and went somewhere else to eat. It was a bunch of teenagers working"

"Recently my family and I stopped by this location because we were craving hot dogs and hadn't been in years. Had an absolutely horrible experience in the drive thru. Drove up and someone said something indiscernible. We sat there for 10 minutes. I even called out Hello to absolutely no response. As soon as we drove away they immediately took the order behind us. We even tried the drive up option and received no response for several minutes. Very disappointing and likely will not return to this location."

"Awful! How can a place this busy be that bad?! Easy…..apparently no one working here gives a damn. Sticky floors and a dingy atmosphere. Not appealing at all.After a 20 minute wait to get our food, EVERYTHING was room temperature at best. No hot tots, onion rings were cold and soggy and the burgers might as well have been sitting on the counter before they served them to us.I could see getting cold food two minutes after ordering. That would clearly indicate that the food was back there waiting on us instead of being cooked to order. Instead, we waited 20 minutes to be served tepid food.Well done Sonic! I’ll put you in the same category as McDonald’s and avoid you too.Don’t mind spending the money to eat out, but if I wanted cold food, then I’d have gone to subway to eat their garbage.Everything else gets one Star. The staff get two. At least the counter staff were friendly.Never again. At least not in this State. If I want Sonic this bad again, then I’ll wait until I go back to Texas."

"So disappointed.I definitely should have read some of these other reviews before my visit. We never had Sonic before so me and my son wanted to go try it. We pulled up to the outside order window and pressed the button. It timed out twice on us. There were three other customers that came in after us and were able to order. When the guy came out to give the car next to us their order, I called out to him, but he kept on walking. We finally went to the drive thru. We waited there another 10 minutes. The food was terrible. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out all day. My son even said his chicken sandwich was “bland and hard as a rock”. Management and that franchise owner you keep mentioning need to get in that store and get it together."

"I had a perfect dining experience at this restaurant! A big thank you to the staff members Monica, Jocelyn, Kaylee, Kaylie, Kimora, Joel, Ethan, Doug, CJ, Korbin, Matthew, and Bella. "I loved coming here, people were always so friendly. But not anymore. There are many new employees and not many of them are nice. We missed a burger from our order and when we pressed the button, the worker got a bit of an attitude that insisted that they put him in our pocket. They weren't even busy. I also observe that the workers in their backs near the toilets are only messing with each other all the time when a carhop does most of the work. There are still some nice carrots, but most are pretty heavy. I don't know many of their names, but Matt is always a pleasant carhop."
