"Awful! How can a place this busy be that bad?! Easy…..apparently no one working here gives a damn. Sticky floors and a dingy atmosphere. Not appealing at all.After a 20 minute wait to get our food, EVERYTHING was room temperature at best. No hot tots, onion rings were cold and soggy and the burgers might as well have been sitting on the counter before they served them to us.I could see getting cold food two minutes after ordering. That would clearly indicate that the food was back there waiting on us instead of being cooked to order. Instead, we waited 20 minutes to be served tepid food.Well done Sonic! I’ll put you in the same category as McDonald’s and avoid you too.Don’t mind spending the money to eat out, but if I wanted cold food, then I’d have gone to subway to eat their garbage.Everything else gets one Star. The staff get two. At least the counter staff were friendly.Never again. At least not in this State. If I want Sonic this bad again, then I’ll wait until I go back to Texas."

Waited quite a while at the drve thru window for a hot fudge sundae. There is a splash of fudge at the bottom of the cup but otherwise it's just ice cream. This isn't a sundae it's essentially just an ice cream bowl.

Literally just waited over an hour for a burger. No one bothered apologizing or explaining the long wait. The male employees were respectful but the female manager thought it was funny that people were asking for refunds. Zero customer service. No I’m sorry, we had an issue, I’ll make sure your food is fresh. Nope. Nothing.

It's fast food. No different then other fast food. However I had good customer service. Friendly employees and the desserts are good. Had a wait a While for the food they were busy so u guess it is expected didn't wait to long.We got there about 7pm. Didn't he a problem finding a parking spot we ate I side. I have never left a one star review. But I am truly disappointed. The whole area has been waiting for this sonic to open. And they give us this???I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Absolutely unacceptable. Especially at 10 at night when it's not the slightest bit busy.I just decided it wasn't worth the wait. Frankly fast food now is so overpriced I might as well eat a regular restaurant.I give this place 3 to 6 months before they close.Also the menu sucks. If you want sonic, go to winchester. It's a drive, but you'll get immediate service.

This place is the absolute worst. The employees have no sense of urgency. They lack basic customer service skills. The food is awful and NOT worth the wait. I don 't understand how the corporate office hasn 't taken over. Read the other reviews as proof. Management needs to be trained or fired. There is no system in place.The employees were more focused on their phone. When I kindly asked for the status of the order, the girl at the register replied you 'll get it when it 's ready . There was no follow up. The place was dead and I can see why. The inside felt like a horror movie. Never ever come here!!!
