"I agree with the other reviews on here. The ice cream itself is great. It actually became my favorite ice cream spot because the churro ice cream combo was AMAZING! The churro was crispy and warm. BUT the customer service is lacking for sure. The young lady that helped us never smiled, never made us feel welcomed, etc. She even proceeded to touch the ice cream cone AFTER she touched her hair. I’ve never worked in the food industry but I’m pretty sure that is a big No No. Management, please hire better employees. You have a great thing going here!"
