First time going in after new ownership. Ice cream is still yummy and the people are very kind. They always give my daughters dog a treat.

Drove 30 minutes to bring my family here and we got sundaes to go. We started eating in the car and noticed the brownies were gross and super crunchy! I went back in and told her and ask if there’s anyway to get a different brownie but she said they didn’t have anymore.Horrible service. Horrible sundae! Won’t be back and definitely will not recommend!

We have been here many times and love it but tonight was not a good experience! My granddaughter wanted a snowball and the girl working made it and handed it to us and the cup was half full and she said she gave out of ice! Like tell us upfront she don’t have enough ice until of trying to serve a half cup or snowball. The music playing was also inappropriate!

love the ice cream and games available but the service is terrible. if you can get past the bad attitudes of the employees, then this the perfect ice cream place in denver. they always act like they hate their life, no matter what time you go in. i’ve also requested a frozen hot chocolate and was told they don’t make it anymore despite the ingredients being on the shelf. Ice cream was good, BUT customer service sucked. The girl who served us was shy but helpful. The other one just stood there, not sure if she was on break or what but it was awkward, just standing playing on the phone while there were 11 customers. Then they turn on music, assuming from their phone with lots of profanity. There were several kids at the place. If this place goes out of business, it?s not because of ice cream.

I agree with the other reviews on here. The ice cream itself is great. It actually became my favorite ice cream spot because the churro ice cream combo was AMAZING! The churro was crispy and warm. BUT the customer service is lacking for sure. The young lady that helped us never smiled, never made us feel welcomed, etc. She even proceeded to touch the ice cream cone AFTER she touched her hair. I’ve never worked in the food industry but I’m pretty sure that is a big No No. Management, please hire better employees. You have a great thing going here! View menu
