"I was very disappointed with my visit. The establishment was extremely dirty, with palm, hand, and fingerprints all over the display glass. The walls were in poor condition, and the seating area was quite unappealing. The floors were messy, with remnants of dried ice cream and sprinkles scattered everywhere. I've never encountered an ice cream shop in such a filthy state. I ordered mocha ice cream, but unfortunately, I couldn't taste any mocha flavor; it was just cold. On a positive note, the young lady and gentleman at the counter were very polite and helpful. It’s clear that a professional cleaning service is needed to improve the cleanliness of this place."
