"I'm disappointed to write this, especially since we've been loyal customers of Dockers for years. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The prices for what you receive are just outrageous, even for those who can afford them. The food is decent, comparable to diner fare in NYC, but the pricing is where they really miss the mark. For instance, a burger costs $32, and they even have the gall to ask if you'd like to upgrade to fries for an additional charge. That's one of the most ridiculous requests I've encountered in a U.S. restaurant. Then there's the lobster roll, priced at $56, which also comes with chips, and they don’t even offer bread on the side. If you want shrimp on your salad, they charge you per shrimp. Overall, it was just an odd and disappointing experience. When the bill arrives with the little credit card machine, it's already set to a 22% tip, despite the average service we received. I understand that restaurants charge based on what they think they can get away with, and clearly, they can in Westhampton. However, we're opting to dine at other waterside restaurants moving forward. This place has become a blatant example of price and service gouging."
