"I specifically requested no ice because in the past, they’ve filled my cup to the brim despite my request for less ice. Instead, I was charged an extra dollar for the no ice request, which was frustrating, but I decided to overlook it. While driving, however, I could hear ice clinking in my cup, which understandably upset me.
When I ask for cream, I expect heavy cream, not milk. When I ask for sugar, I mean liquid sugar, not granulated. And if I request no ice, I should not find any in my drink at all. Additionally, when I order extra crispy hash browns, I expect them to be freshly toasted while I’m waiting in line, not soggy ones pulled from a warmer right in front of me at the window.
To top it all off, one of my hash browns had a rotten spot that looked like a brown scar and tasted terrible. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and it’s simply not worth the hassle."
