"Comes out to $30 per person, only food ordered no drinks or coffee. As others said, most of the workers are stuck up, rude, lackadaisical, and seem like they are completely over it. They haphazardly barely wave you to your seat once they are ready to seat you. People were confused and kept walking behind the host only to have passed up their intended table, then had to back track and climb over people in that claustrophobic place. They throw the menu at you and then wait and wait for them to come take order. I waived a waitress down to get my order taken. One customer prepared to sit down at the bar and took off his pullover sweeter fanning whatever dust, dandruff, pet hair, etc onto my food. I had to move my food to the far corner of the table. A waitress with a big behind in spandex tights was helping the table next to me and her behind was in my face. Luckily there was no odor or I would have lost my appetite. The guy who brought me my water was the same person who was collecting the used plates with leftover food after people left. He was touching the main door handles and then handed me my water with all five fingers holding the brim of the cup where I put my mouth. Then to top it off, you have to get up and pay at the cash register and the tip choices start at 18%. I tipped 15%. Food is good but expensive and you have to be prepared to be exposed to the above."

"Visited on Saturday at 11 AM **Parking:** There was plenty of parking available, and we found a spot quickly in their lot. It was a busy sunny day, with lots of people enjoying the place. The restaurant offers ample seating both indoors and outdoors. However, if you choose to sit outside, be sure to bring a hat, as the tables lack umbrellas. The staff seemed a bit understaffed, but they were certainly working hard, darting back and forth between inside and outside. As a result, service might be slow during peak times. **Food:** Since it was our first visit, we tried a couple of specials: **SPECIAL #2 - $14.99** This included a Golden Waffle, two eggs, and a choice of four strips of bacon, four sausage links, or four sausage patties. I had my eggs scrambled, and though there seemed to be at least three eggs worth, they were just okay for my taste. I prefer my scrambled eggs to be a bit runnier, and these felt overcooked. I opted for the sausage patties, which were quite enjoyable. The waffle, however, was a highlight! It was everything I hoped it would be: thick, crispy on the outside, and slightly fluffy in the center, served warm enough for the butter to melt delightfully. A real treat! The dish also came with plenty of butter and syrup on the side, though I’m not sure if it was real maple syrup or the cheaper kind. **SPECIAL #6 - $14.99** This dish featured two pancakes, two eggs, and a choice of four strips of bacon, four sausage links, or two sausage patties. The eggs were fried perfectly, and the sausage links were salty and greasy, which made them delicious. The pancakes were soft, fluffy, and sizable, leaving us with leftovers to take home. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here. It’s easy to see how this place can be wonderful for families, given the spacious setting where kids can run around, along with the extensive selection of food options that cater to a variety of tastes."

"Tucked away in the corner of Lincoln Villages at Twelve Bridges is the Waffle Farm. This quaint country kitchen is located out side of Sun City Lincoln and just down the street from Whitney Highschool and community park. This country themed Diner has a large dining room reminiscent of Grandma's kitchen. They also have an outside patio area that is dog friendly. Great for taking advantage of California's fair weather. Which is exactly what Dexter (my dog) and I did. The Waffle Farm menu has a large selection of varying topped waffles. As you might imagine. They also offer different types of breakfast scrambles. Some breakfast skillets, eggs benedict, griddle selections, and a kids menu. They also offer lunch selections of sandwiches and hamburgers. The service is spot on. Quick, friendly, with a smile and plenty of hot coffee. Dexter and I opted to have the Barney omelette. This three egg omelette is loaded with diced ham, bacon, sausage, linguica, Ortega chili, mushrooms, and Jack and cheddar cheese. We chose to lose the mushrooms and add jalapenos. The omelette comes with your choice of potatoes, hash browns, or our choice country potatoes. We also ordered half side of bacon (2 slices) and opted to have a pancake instead of toast. Price for coffee and breakfast was $21 before tip. Yikes! Now for the pluses . The services was outstanding. It was the first spring like day of the year and we were the first to use the patio. They quickly cleaned us a spot and kept the hot coffee flowing. The food was good served hot, quickly, and just the way we ordered it. Now for the minuses. I thought the price was high for breakfast. The inside dining area is quaint, but tired. The bathroom smelled disgusting. The bathrooms are surface clean but not truly clean. The paint is peeling, stall dividers rusting, floor is dirty in all four corners. The bathrooms are in dire need of a remodel. What's the kitchen look like? As always please like this review if it was helpful to you. As a local guide your likes are important to me."
