"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We stopped in for a couple of beers and a pretzel, and our bill totaled $35. However, when I looked at my bank statement, I saw that they charged me $50 instead. On top of that, I had given the waiter a $7 cash tip. I've attempted to call several times to resolve the issue and request a refund, but no one has responded to my calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2."
