"I want to start by saying that I’ve visited this restaurant several times before writing reviews, but I haven’t been there in a while. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the food quality. Everything we ordered was bland, and the chicken had a strange chemical taste. The low point of our meal was the spicy tuna roll in my bento box, which was an unappetizing dark brown, almost gray color. That’s definitely not the proper color for raw tuna, and there shouldn’t be any inconsistencies with raw foods. I don’t usually complain, but this time I felt I had to ask if they could replace it with a California roll. The cashier was very accommodating and spoke with his manager, ultimately offering me a mango roll. I appreciated his kindness, which is why I’ve given this place an extra star. Overall, though, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. Such a shame."
