"The next day, I went to pick up the food, and a manager named Jacob Sanchez was assisting me. He instructed his cook to remake the order, but unfortunately, they started off on the wrong foot by using old patties that were sitting under a spatula on the grill, despite my request for everything to be fresh. I noticed the manager and the cook kept looking at me while preparing the order, which was concerning.
After they finished, the order sat by the fry station for about three minutes. When I received my food, Jacob asked me to check it. I hesitated because I was uncomfortable knowing that old patties had been included in my burgers. Jacob kept insisting I check the order, but I reiterated that I wanted fresh food, just as I had requested initially. He finally said he would make the order himself, and I appreciated that. The new order was done correctly.
It’s clear that if the cooks were properly trained or monitored more closely, they would avoid using old ingredients. We aren’t trying to get free food; we simply want what we paid for. Sadly, based on this experience, I probably won't be returning for a while, and overall, it was not a good day."
