The avocado bacon burger was incredible! There was a slight wait at the drive-thru, but it moved swiftly. I had no problems at all, just fantastic food. I highly recommend it!

Being away from the city and closer to the countryside truly offers a unique experience. I especially appreciated the friendly staff at the restaurant; they really enhanced my visit.

The food here is reliably tasty, as long as they get the order correct. However, the major issue is their slow service. I've attempted curbside pickup several times, but not once have they brought my food to my car. After waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, I've had to get out and retrieve my order myself. The staff was friendly, but we had a long wait. The food was decent, though it wasn’t very warm. My burger seemed a bit hastily assembled, and unfortunately, I found hair in my fries. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired. While the employees wore gloves, it seemed like some of them were using the same pair for various tasks, which really undermines their effectiveness.

I waited a total of 22 minutes. When I approached the counter, they didn’t open it right away; instead, they just stared at me and left me waiting for 12 minutes with no interaction (I understand they had a long line). The only person I encountered during that time was a polite black gentleman (I don’t know his name) who prepared my food and handed it to me. It was beautifully presented and warm.

The hamburgers at this location are consistently outstanding, but they often face staffing challenges. It seems that many employees find it difficult to handle the pressure during busy lunch and dinner hours. I've had issues a few times when ordering through the app; when I arrive to pick up my order after giving my name, I discover that while my order is ready, it’s frequently cold. We waited 40 minutes for our two burger meals, and when they finally arrived, the food was cold. The fries were also cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. To top it off, our order was wrong! It shouldn’t be hard to get two bacon cheeseburgers, but we received plain cold burgers with neither cheese nor bacon. After such a lengthy wait, we were extremely disappointed. There were at least five staff members on duty, so we’re at a loss as to why it took so long and why the food was served cold.

Made a mobile order ahead of time, went through the drive through to pick it up. After checking in at the intercom and pulling to the window, we were told our order wasn't made yet. We were asked to pull up and they would have it right out. 10 Minutes, 20minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes goes by, and finalllllly we get our order. Now tell me why its taking you that long, and why I'mwatching 5 other customers get their orders before me, when I had put the effort in to order ahead of time so this wouldn'thappen. Had meals with our order, no straws, no ketchup, and I was damned to wait any longer on their sad service time.

I waited from 10:00 am until 10:51 am for my order, only to receive the wrong items and end up requesting a refund. I stood in line for so long without even getting my food. This place isn’t just poorly managed; it feels like an outright scam. I plan to protest in person, as the hardworking people of Greenville deserve better than to have their time and money wasted. I ordered two breakfast burgers and fries but ended up with one breakfast burger and a chicken biscuit. It seems they try to slip cheaper items into your bag, hoping you’ll just accept it out of hunger and frustration instead of waiting another hour for them to get it right. View menu
