I ordered food for an employee recovering from an illness, but unfortunately, I ended up in a dead zone all day and couldn’t receive texts or emails, which resulted in my order not being delivered. I approached the manager to see if he could help. Rather than judging or dismissing me, he listened to my situation and generously offered me a voucher to cover most of the costs for reordering! I was truly amazed! I was able to place a new order for today, and it was prepared, delivered hot, and absolutely delicious! In today's world, it's rare to find such compassion and understanding. A huge shoutout to the manager who worked on 6/22 at 5:00—unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. And the food is simply fantastic! You have to stop by the Kebab shop and see for yourself!
