"Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! We entered the restaurant as the only customers, placed our order, and settled down with our drinks. We gradually began receiving the wings and breadsticks we ordered. As time passed, four other families arrived to eat inside, all of whom ordered at the counter. Shockingly, three of those families received their meals before us. My husband went to inquire about the status of our order, and we were told it would be ready in seven minutes. However, within three minutes, the fourth family that arrived after us received their food. At that point, everyone who came in after us had been served, while we were left waiting. It was tough sitting with hungry kids who were watching others enjoy their meals, so we decided to leave and requested our pizza to go. When we got home, the pizza was greasy and had some undercooked sections. We spent nearly $100 on disappointing food, and to top it off, the service was terrible. We certainly won’t be returning!"
