"I never had heard of Marco’s Pizza until I started my new job that happens to order every other Friday. I quickly realized how much better tasting it was to Domino’s and comparable to the fluffy and toasty crust of Costco pizza.This Friday my job didn’t order pizza so I decided to place my first order and pick it up after work. When I got there 10min early my order was already ready, but I had to wait a few minutes before I was able to be attendant too.I could see the crew was busy, a boy, guy and attentive gal. I waited patiently and overheard the attentive gal saying she had missed some salami’s on a cooked pizza, so I asked about the price offering to buy it in addition to my order….She replied with me letting me have it as it was a mistake and I had waited for a good 5 minutes at the counter. My order was $25 and I was ready to buy another medium pizza as a first time customer, but her decision of kindness and awareness of me as a customer was unexpected. She exceeded my expectations beyond the great taste of the pizza.I will no longer consider buying pizza without thinking of Marcos Pizza at the BA, OK location first. I was on the phone for 30 minutes waiting and they answered then instantly hung up. I was calling because I made a DoorDash order and the last 3 times I ordered from Marco’s they got the pizza wrong. So I was calling to make sure the pizza will be made right. Can’t get ahold of them though shame on them!

I made a giant order for our work Christmas party and the service here was SO nice. Never in my life have I had someone insist on carrying the pizza to my car and help out. So very friendly and so considerate. Pizza was a crowd pleaser and I will definitely come back for future big orders. Do not order from here!! I placed an order at 11:46, and by 1:10 I still had not received my pizza or heard from them. I called and was on hold for 5 minutes, they had just started making my order and said it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. Terrible service and business. If you actually want your food, order from Mazzios or Pizza Hut. Oh and instead of trying to make it right, the guy was like “well do you still want it”. View menu

I can't believe you serve canned mushrooms. It's really disappointing and unacceptable. This raises concerns about the quality of your food; if you cared, you'd use fresh ingredients instead. Canned mushrooms can be infested with bugs—it's a well-known fact. In fact, if there are more than 20 maggots of any size per 100 grams of drained mushrooms, or five or more that are two millimeters or longer in the same amount, the FDA takes notice. It’s unfortunate because everything else looked appealing.

I ordered several pizzas, but one was missing. The driver said he would bring it, so I thought it was no big deal. When I called to check on the status, the employee was unhelpful, insisting he had packed it himself and insinuating that I was at fault for the missing cheese pizza. The driver arrived a few minutes later, clearly frustrated with the situation, and didn't say a word. I generally only leave positive reviews because I dislike damaging anyone's reputation, but this experience was unacceptable. While the pizzas were good, the customer service was poor, and I won't be ordering from here again.
