"We were truly impressed by the beautiful decor that reflected Ethiopian culture throughout the restaurant, from the artwork on the walls to the music and the dining tables and chairs. It created an authentic atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. We shared the combo platter for two, which featured a delightful variety of meats and vegetables paired with their delicious injera bread. The owners were very warm and friendly, taking the time to explain the proper way to use the injera to scoop up the food, emphasizing the traditional hands-on dining experience. My favorite dish was the goat meat, which was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The portion was so generous that it could easily have served a family of 3 to 4. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try the Ethiopian coffee, but we will definitely return to do so next time."

I really hope you reopen soon! We drive all the way from Bentonville, Arkansas just to eat here. Everything is fantastic!

After visiting several Ethiopian restaurants across the country, this finally is an experience worth mentioning. The food is fresh, full of flavor without over powering spicy-ness and most importantly delivers a true representation of food from Ethiopian culture. This is a must visit!

We loved this place. We had the combination with tibs, no. 14. That was a nice selection of various main dishes and sides. All were delicious! As good as the place we used to go to in Boulder. The service was very attentive, too. Nice people. Awesome to have an Ethiopian place here in BA.

Today, I have ate like a King! This place is amazing! Best Ethiopian food anywhere. Impeccable service! The coffee is an incredible experience. If you have not had their coffee, then you haven't had coffee. I had a sampler that was incredible. You can literally eat everything on your plate, and eat the plate! No joke you can eat the plate. Such a gem! We love trying new foods and this was a delightful experience. The food was amazingly fresh, tasty and well prepared. The owners were so friendly, helpful and attentive. They took the time to explain the dishes to us and allowed us to explore the restaurant and take photos of their lovely decor. We had the combination, giving us the chance to sample three different stewed meats, and three different vegetable dishes. All were incredibly flavorful. The servings were plentiful. The menu has lots of options! We ended our meal with a delightful cup of coffee that was incredibly delicious! We will definitely return. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated with imported items from Ethiopia, featuring various seating styles that are clean and well-organized. I especially appreciated that each seating area had a small flower vase with a fresh rose and baby’s breath. The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning! I ordered the Ye Awaze Tibs, which consists of tender beef cubes sautéed in Awaze sauce, Berbere spices, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and wine, served with the traditional injera and a small Western-style side salad. My friend had lamb, which was tender and quite flavorful (not pictured). The leftover meat would make for fantastic-tasting fajitas!

"I've ordered from this Andolini's location many times. When they get it right, the food is fantastic, but when they get it wrong it's usually a miserable failure. That's why there are so many mixed reviews here. Last night takes the cake for me. I spent $120 on apps, pizza, and pasta, ordered online via their website and fulfilled by Doordash. Food was at my door 1 hour 10 minutes later which I thought was pretty good for a Saturday night. The pizza was wonderful. The stromboli was a little soggy but still good. The caprese antipasto was a joke. The tomato slices were ENDS you know, the part that's hard to chew and belongs in the garbage and also extremely thinly sliced, barely the width of a fork tine. I don't know how they can possibly think that's acceptable. Also, if there was balsamic glaze on it I couldn't see or taste it. I love this appetizer and it never used to be like this, but it seems like sometime last year they started having problems making it correctly from using tomato ends to missing olives, thin slices of mozzarella, no balsamic, etc. Whenever there's been an issue and I complained, they made it right, but who wants to do that all the time? You know what I really want? For my food to be right the first time. EDIT: After communicating with Mike, the owner, I wanted to add this update to my review. Not only did he make things right with my recent order, he went above and beyond in addressing my concerns about past orders. He cares deeply about his restaurant and is committed to providing customers with a great dining experience, so while mistakes and miscommunications can happen (we're all human, after all) I'm confident I will always be taken care of at Andolini's."
