"I regret to say that this kosher restaurant has once again demonstrated very poor service. I placed a phone order and provided my credit card information, along with the name for the order. However, when my father went to pick it up, they tried to deny that I had already paid and insisted that he pay again! When he inquired about who took the order, no one seemed to know. Additionally, they gave him attitude when he asked for clarification.
I had to call them to confirm my credit card number and inform them that I had already been charged for the order. The employee initially insisted that I hadn't been charged, despite them having my credit card details, until he eventually confirmed that the payment was indeed in their system.
I'm giving them three stars solely because the pizza is good, but the service experience was terrible. It’s disappointing, especially since the owner is genuinely a nice guy and an improvement over the previous owner from Hunki's Pizza. In any other restaurant with decent customer service, they would have compensated me or offered something extra for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, it seems that because this is a kosher establishment, they feel they don't need to compete like others do. As a Jewish person, I find this situation both unreal and embarrassing!"
