Perhaps I've been influenced by watching too many Food Network shows that feature towering pastrami sandwiches. "First time going there with my Girlfriend. We are both from Nyc so we wanted a bacon,egg and cheese. When we walked in we both thought it smelled really good in there. When we got our food we didnt expect it to be that amazing. We finished it in 5 mins and we wanted to go home and take a nap. Amazing food, amazing staff especially the man that was working the front. He was going really fast-paced we thought he was from Nyc but he wasnt. Overall Great place ... we will be back very soon."

"Our first time visiting New York together we tried this place and stood outside in line for about an hour and half. It was worth it! Naturally, we had to stop again. This time we got there at the perfect time, as there was no line. However, after weordered the line had already formed out the door! I would advise ordering online if you're planning to be there at any rushtimes. They have a huge variety of sandwiches and cream cheese options, but I love the bacon egg and cheese breakfast bagelsandwich. I had asked for mustard this time, but didn't realize it was deli mustard and I hate horseradish. However, it was verymild and actually a really great addition to my sandwich!!! (Note: be sure to ask that your bagel be toasted) There is almostno seating and it was about $18 just for two bagel breakfast sandwiches, but so worth it! I love this place and will continue tomake it a usual stop whenever I'm in NYC!"

"Absolutely fantastic experience! Management deserves an impressive 11/10 for their outstanding service. The food was delightful, earning a solid 4.5/5. Everything tasted wonderful! However, I did have a concern when I noticed Michael slicing the meat without wearing gloves—definitely a bit off-putting. Still, the overall food and service made a great impression. "We arrived at the restaurant just about 7 minutes before closing, but we wanted to stay. The manager encouraged us to do so, and I’m so glad he did! Not only was the food incredible, but our server, Lauren, was exceptional. She took our order and I wouldn’t be surprised if she had a hand in preparing it as well. Staying open late didn’t seem to bother the staff at all. Although we’ve visited earlier in the day, we had never dined this late, and we’ll definitely be back—next time, we'll make sure to come before 9 PM. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our experience was truly delightful. Thank you, Lauren!"

"This establishment has been in business a very long time, I would estimate thirty or more years. I used to be a regular here a while back, but haven't visited in a while, and during breakfast noticed three things: 1) breakfast items are still very good, 2) the furnishings and decor has received a much needed upgrade and 3) prices are much higher than I remember. Bageland's specials used to be a bargain lovers delight, now it's a lot like the more expensive places. However, I'll come back here for the good eatin'. The Moe's Omelet I had for breakfast was awesome. Most of all, it was good to see the entrepreneur that runs this place be successful and the restaurant stand the test of time."

"My husband and I went to Grow for Easter Brunch. I had been there once before and had a good experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience for brunch. We were immediately seated, but waited 15 minutes for someone to get drink orders and explain how brunch was set up. When we went up to the line for brunch, there were 8-10 steam tables set up. The menu was standard breakfast that you would find at a chain restaurant. Most of the dishes were overcooked. All the drinks were self-serve. For the $35 per person price, I was incredibly disappointed. After we ate, we waited for over 30 minutes for our bill. We are local to the area and eat in Saugatuck weekly. Dining local is incredibly important to us, especially in the off season. The cost of the meal for two, two drinks, and gratuity was well over $100. The value of the meal and the dining experience was just terrible. We will be going elsewhere in the future, especially with so many options in the area."

"@FooDiNames —We ordered the popcorn shrimp basket, fried calamari, Cajun catfish platter, a Shirley temple, and a mermaid cocktail. Overall the service was excellent!! The atmosphere was really great with a down home welcoming feel to it. The floor was messy but we came during a party and there were random bits of paper about under the tables. The impressive be part is the food and as delivered promptly in spite of having the large party there. The food was full of flavor EXCEPT for the shrimp. What’s going on guys??!!!?? The string beans were seasoned to perfection, the calamari was obviously not fresh but not bad, the drinks were done well and much like the plating it lacked an overall professional polish. The shrimp coleslaw was advertised all throughout the menu and it was a normal nice tasting coleslaw with small shrimp added. It’s more of a soul food restaurant that serves seafood rather than the New Orleans food experience you’d expect coming here based on the menu choices and overall ambiance of the restaurant. The catfish was savory, smoky, and spicy but there was a complete and total lack of flavor in the shrimp. They have home made ranch sauce that pairs nicely enough with the shrimp to help you enjoy the meal well enough though. The smiles on everyone’s faces is uniquely welcoming like walking into your grandmothers kitchen. We’d recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area just don’t order the shrimp!"

"First time at Branding Iron. I would not recommend margaritas...not that good and for $8 ea they should be really good. There were four of us eating dinner. Two ordered fried chicken and mashed potatoes. One breast tough but otherwise very good. Mashed potatoes are instant so don't be disappointed when you don't get homeade. My husband's pork tender juicy. Grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was tough. Really didn't care for what tasted like liquid smoke on green beans. Three upgraded to dinner salad for $1. Nice and fresh. I would order fried chicken and mashed potatoes w white gravy again and upgrade to dinner salad. Just avoid a few things, and I think you'll be happy. Service great. High ceilings so a little loud. "Waited an hour for breakfast 2 days in a row. They said that there are new cooks working. On the first day we ordered breakfast they said the cooks were on break and that's why it took an hour. On the second day my wife ordered pancakes and after an hour of waiting the server brought out 3 mini crepes. I told the manager that we ordered pancakes and not crepes. The manager told me he could knock 25 percent off the bill. I was was like 25 percent? My wife didn't even get what she ordered. This was a beyond odd experience in general. The fact that it happened two days in a row is quite worrisome. We ordered pancakes and eggs and it takes a hour? How does anyone who cooks at a restaurant not know the difference between pancakes and crepes? Having this kind of experience does not make you want to return to the casino in general which we drop hundreds of dollars at regularly."

"The staff was fantastic! We got our order to go. It was so busy it took about 30 minutes. I was disappointed in the tiny pieces of flounder, the shrimp seemed a tiny bit over cooked, and the fries were thin and bland. The flounder was so thin. For a combo I expected more for the price. After spending $60 we felt like we could have gotten better from a chain restaurant."

"Oh my goodness... I just tried the slingshot burger at Top Fuel and I would give it 10 stars!! The burger was huge and delicious, and came with fries as well! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was incredibly clean. I used their pick-up service (with social distancing in place) and I highly recommend trying it out."
