"First time going there with my Girlfriend. We are both from Nyc so we wanted a bacon,egg and cheese. When we walked in we both thought it smelled really good in there. When we got our food we didnt expect it to be that amazing. We finished it in 5 mins and we wanted to go home and take a nap. Amazing food, amazing staff especially the man that was working the front. He was going really fast-paced we thought he was from Nyc but he wasnt. Overall Great place ... we will be back very soon."

I've visited this restaurant a couple of times, and the service has consistently been good. The portion sizes are generous for the price, and the food is tasty. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because the butter was nearly frozen, making it difficult to spread on a lukewarm toasted bagel. Also, there were several empty tables, but none of them were clean. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. It's essentially a walk-up counter with a few tables tucked away in a corner. The lighting was a bit off, giving a gloomy vibe to the back where we sat. I think if they brightened the space up a bit, it could easily be a five-star deli. The food is fantastic, and my coworkers love it; they order takeout from here at least once a week!

Great place! First time going and as I was waiting there was so many people that had to go orders of bagels and sides. I spoke to a New Yorker that lives in Dacula and he said this is the only place he drives to for his bagels and sandwiches. I had the Italian Submarine and it was good! The customer service is nice and the timing is on point. I can't wait to test out more stuff the menu.

I attempted to suggest to the owner that they should use the salt from their tears to season the hashbrowns, but he was too busy on his phone, asking customers to stop posting reviews about the unsatisfactory service they had received, and didn’t notice me. This place has become my favorite spot for sandwiches whenever I'm in the area!
