"The tortellini arrived far too quickly—within just two minutes of ordering. It had a taste of burnt garlic, and the pasta was dry and hard. We also ordered the pasta frutti di mare and the wild boar. The pasta was decent, with the shrimp being the standout—well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. The scallop was large but rather bland, and the pasta itself was overly seasoned. Just like the tortellini, the sauce tasted of burnt garlic.
For the wild boar, I ordered it medium rare but received it more well-done. It was the best tasting dish of the night, but the garlic sauce accompanying it also had that burnt flavor.
It was a lovely touch for the restaurant to bring me a plate of sampler desserts for my birthday—very sweet of them, and I appreciated it! Unfortunately, despite those nice gestures, the overall experience was quite disappointing. I found it overpriced for what we received, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it to friends and family."
