"The tortellini arrived far too quickly—within just two minutes of ordering. It had a taste of burnt garlic, and the pasta was dry and hard. We also ordered the pasta frutti di mare and the wild boar. The pasta was decent, with the shrimp being the standout—well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. The scallop was large but rather bland, and the pasta itself was overly seasoned. Just like the tortellini, the sauce tasted of burnt garlic. For the wild boar, I ordered it medium rare but received it more well-done. It was the best tasting dish of the night, but the garlic sauce accompanying it also had that burnt flavor. It was a lovely touch for the restaurant to bring me a plate of sampler desserts for my birthday—very sweet of them, and I appreciated it! Unfortunately, despite those nice gestures, the overall experience was quite disappointing. I found it overpriced for what we received, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it to friends and family."

The best brunch I’ve ever had! The Eggs Benedict were perfection, and the Grand Marnier soufflé was incredible. We also received wonderful service from Eva.

I regret having to leave this review, but my dining experience was disappointing. Perhaps it was due to the evening timing, but the tortellini was quite tough, and the butter had a really off-putting smell. It tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator for an extended period. I won’t be returning.

La Foret is an upscale dining experience that lives up to its reputation. The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. We've visited several times and have never been disappointed. It’s the best place in town for a special occasion or if you’re looking to take a break from the usual chain restaurants. View menu

Not our first time but this time we were disappointed. The ahi tuna was ok but too much pepper , and the quail was grate as usual for mains the rack of lamb was not flavourful at all and the elk was way to salty for some reason the crème brûlée was a little burnt. The service wasn’t the best we waited a lot until the waiter came to see if everything is ok . Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Food was sub par for the price. I ordered New Zealand venison, was though and came out raw inside, could only eat the edges, cherry demi-glaze was way too tart, totally offensive and overpowering. My wife ordered salmon, pulled out several bones. Sou chef skills 101, to debone the fish. Our waiter Allen was great but spread thin, the house booked every table and staff couldn’t keep up. I really hope that they get things figured out there soon because that restaurant and the location is an absolute gem and such a beautiful place. We will definitely go back for the atmosphere by a restaurant. Can’t survive just on atmosphere alone step it up guys.
