"The dining experience felt quite impersonal. We were seated at our table and only provided with two menus for our group of six. If we wanted drinks, we had to go to the bar to order them ourselves, and the same went for our food orders. We were also expected to serve ourselves water. Basic items such as utensils, salt, pepper, napkins, and other essentials were entirely our responsibility to gather. Everything—cutlery, cups, condiments, and bowls—was disposable and made of plastic or paper, which not only increases costs but also harms the environment. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were disappointing; the portions were small, dry, and lacking in flavor. There was no follow-up from the staff regarding the quality of the food or if we needed anything, leading to a complete lack of service (and no tip!). The only highlight of the experience was the view."
