"This rating is for February 2nd visit. If I could give it a no star I would. I found out about this restaurant by a doordash delivery while working for them at night. The irony of me coming back twice in one month was that the chicken sandwich was good and so thick it took me two days to eat it and the customer service from the tall man that was cooking on the late night shift was so kind to me and he remembered me on the second visit when I order the Buffalo hot wings fried hard but they were too spicy for me too eat.? Therefore, my third visit turned into a nightmare. And all I wanted was a d chicken sandwich combo. And I was so proud to support a black owned business, but when you hire wretched a people for managers or supervisor positions, their ghetto attitudes will ruin your brand.. Now just image if I was a shopper or a relative of the owners...I would have had her a fired on the spot. Because she really showed her a that night. No customer service skills whatsoever ? ? ?. The letter submitted on their website is below. To Whom It May Concern, Tonight has been a very interesting night with your unprofessional manager. I order a chicken sandwich combo on the kiosk which obviously comes with a drink. This you lady was already hostile about the ordering system stating it should not gave me the option to order a combo Therefore, I tried to request a can...then she went on about the higher up says the cans are for delivery only.. Then I said, how are we going to resolve this issue. After her again venting how other people treat her over the soda issue, I listen. Then I said again, can you refund me the difference...she didn't know how to do it...she start venting again about customers and higher up. So I said again, how are we going to resolve this issue, her response was I'll just give you a can , she doesn't understand why I'm pressing for the drink...other people just get their order and leave I explain to her I want my money worth for the combo, that's when she asked me what flavor, I said sprite or 7up. Now mind you I couldn't get a word in until the end because she kept dissing my concerns about her behavior. Then I checked her and told her I see why customers react the way they do. Its your tone towards people. I was tired of her over talking and getting loud with me which resulted in me requesting a refund. Which she claim she did but couldn't give me proof on a receipt. This is not my first time ordering food late at night after my night job to the Utica Ave location. But this young lady attitude towards me took the icing off the cake. I want to keep this complaint short and to the point, but this young lady need customer service training or fired. Plain and simple. Because her ghetto attitude towards customers will ruin your brand. And I will make sure I will post this incident on Google reviews and on all social media platforms..
