"I regret to say that I visited this restaurant twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The food was subpar, but the service was even worse. They simply plopped some food onto a plate and didn’t check on us again until it was time to pay the bill. I would not recommend this place. It’s better to just pay and leave than to tell them how bad the food is. I’m not sure if the waitstaff needs hearing aids, but they certainly seemed oblivious to our needs."

"Everything was excellent. My brother and sister-in-law both got fish-and-chips and my brother had clam chowder and I had a crispy Phoenix Chicken Sandwich with onion rings. Next time, I am definitely trying the deep fried mushrooms. The woman working there who I assume is the owner, was very nice and patient while we were trying to navigate the menu."

The service was exceptional as well, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. I would also rate the atmosphere a solid 4 out of 5; it was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant dining environment. "I ordered food, and when the lady asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no. I didn't think I was gonna return food. It took 25 minutes to get my food, and it was cold. I took it back and told a different lady. I just want my money back. She said OK then a 10 minute argument went back and forth about how they can't do returns without a receipt and how the other lady probly threw away the receipt cause I didn't think I was going to get my food cold 25 min later. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She looked like she was in her early 20s and, after this event, was not ready to be a manager. She told me to come back when another manager is present to help me. Mind you this off the freeway in the middle of nowhere. Most customers, like me, are just passing, though. I could see the stress in her face cause she didn't know what to do. So she walked away. At this point I was tired of arguing and I got on the phone with my wife to let her know what was going on and as soon as she said hello, the lady that took my order came out from behind the wall that was 5 feet away and ask me what I wanted and I said I just want my money back. She looked up the order on the computer and said your order was $14.07, so she handed me cash and change, and I put it in my pocket. I didn't even count it. I walked out frustrated and just wanted to continue on my journey (home, to Portland). When I went to empty my pockets before I took my pants off, I noticed there was only $13.07 in my pocket. All of this happened on 5-1-24 around 2-2:30pm"

"They messed up my order by forgetting food and then upon closer inspection it wasn't even my order that was given too me. While waiting for my order to be fixed another person came in with the wrong order and then someone that ordered at the counter wasgiven an empty happy meal box. When he asked about it they looked at him like he was crazy."
