"Overall: I love their menu at least all the things I have tried so far they have fantastic vegetable options that actually are delicious. Their ice cream is so amazingly creamy and the flavors are blend well if you like multiple flavors to have two different flavor scoops like my sister and I do. Best dishes in my humble opinion: I love their shu mai, sesame chicken, healthy jumbo shrimp with vegetables and their mei fun is the best of any place I have ever gotten taken out from. We order a lot especially while we were in the process of moving. They are friendly nice, clean, polite, and deliver and their delivery people are good and polite. Plus the food is has been fairly good quality the many days we have order Other positive things: For Disabled or low mobility people they have delivery that works out fine and I don't drive so that is good for me as I can't walk more than a few feet and use a wheelchair/ walker due to mobility issue from a past injury. One day I hope to be able to go there in person and see the ambience up close as I used to go to a diner with my family as a child and it looks so much like it (at least from the street when I have passed when I did have a ride into Ridgewood a few times in the past. Vegetarian options: They have tofu, vegetable only options and they have dishes that are vegetarian There's a nice mix for vegetarian or meat eaters/ fish eaters because their food is good with or without fish or seafood or chicken, and their tofu was nice so if going with friends or family who are meat eaters or vegetarian there is a good list of options Dietary restrictions: I can't eat eggs they always leave them out I also can't eat much meat or poultry and no red meat due to health issues and I never had an issue with it all the times we order. Also my food is never too spicy which is good as I have digestive system issues that are very delicate, the food is not suffering from a few adjustments Kid-friendliness: They have kid favorites like grilled cheese"

"We ordered Hainanese chicken breast rice, which cost an extra $5 for dinner as compared to lunch, as well as Hainanese chicken thighs rice, also with a $5 dinner upcharge. Both dishes came with several chicken livers, differing from what was depicted on the menu. After checking Google reviews, I noticed that other customers had only received one or two pieces of liver, while we had an entire column of them. I wondered if this was due to the differences between lunch and dinner options. The waitress had informed us that the dinner would come with double portions of meat. My mom and sister, who ordered the Hainanese chicken rice, didn’t want to eat the chicken livers, but my dad ended up finishing them. My sister, who had the chicken breast, mentioned that it was overcooked and there was some water pooled underneath it. We found ourselves quite thirsty after the meal. Service was lacking, as there seemed to be only one waitress who spent most of her time in the kitchen. When we asked for water and napkins, she quickly handed us some napkins from the counter but didn’t return with the water. One issue worth mentioning involved the air conditioner near the first table by the cash register. It started leaking unexpectedly, drenching the chair before dripping on my back (luckily just a little). When we eventually informed the waitress, she moved the chair away and brought a small basin to catch the water. The air conditioner continued to leak for the rest of our meal, which may have contributed to the overall warm atmosphere in the restaurant."

"Not a fan at all. I ordered an item with chicken; it came out with shrimp instead. I immediately pointed out the error to the server right after the food was delivered. She apologized and said she rang it wrong.Okay; not a big deal. I was a server for years; mistakes happen once in a while. I'm not a big fan of shrimp, but it's tolerable. I was on a trip and had too little time for them to remake the dish correctly. However, when the bill came, I was upcharged for the shrimp which I didn't want, didn't order, and didn't particularly like. The server had been made aware immediately, and this should have been fixed before the check was presented. But that's not really the irritating thing. The server then had to take the ticket to the manager, owner, or whoever it was behind the counter that was clearly in charge. As the server is telling her what happened, the person starts giving me suspicious looks and is clearly irritated. She acted like I was trying to cheat her out of the shrimp I didn't order. She did adjust the check, but what's up with the looks? I didn't do anything, and I'm not paying extra because the server rang it wrong. The food was not good either. The meat was very little, the portion overall was small, and the food was basically just a plain stir fry of some vegetables with the little meat. The sauce was scarce and lacking flavor. I had also ordered the vegetable spring rolls; they were bland.I love Thai food and eat it often, but this food was majorly disappointing. I wish I had tried a different restaurant altogether."
