"I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time during my break and was disappointed to find only two people ahead of us, who had already been served. I was dining with two coworkers, and we placed our order within five minutes of being seated. Unfortunately, after waiting for 45 minutes without receiving our food, we had to leave. To add to our frustration, two couples arrived after us and received their meals before we did. When I inquired about the delay at the register, the staff member became defensive. When we finally got our food back at work, we were disappointed by the quality. The rice was mushy and had an off smell, and it definitely didn't resemble hibachi. Given this experience, we will not be returning or recommending this place to our colleagues."
