"This year has been a terrible experience at the restaurant! Thankfully, I had a reservation and arrived early at 5:20am. However, an older lady with braided hair came out an hour later causing chaos and arguing with people in line. She was extremely rude, telling those without reservations to leave as no one would be served without one. Despite the low supply, there is a better way to communicate with customers. When the doors opened at 7am, I was helped by a friendly younger woman. Later, a delivery truck blocked me as I was leaving, but it was not a big deal. As I drove towards the back of the building, the same older lady with a braided ponytail started yelling at me from outside the car because the truck driver wanted to back up. I rolled down my window and told her not to yell at me, as I was unaware that the driver was backing up. She walked towards my car and we exchanged more unprofessional words. She even had the audacity to flip me off. As a former employee and customer, I have never experienced such anger from a staff member. She should be fired as she is unfriendly to customers and finds amusement in arguing with them. It is unacceptable to approach customers in a threatening manner. She should be removed from her position. Very rude behavior."
