One staff, loud mouth lady was very rude and un professional. Very bad customer service.

The portions were generous, and the service was very friendly. The ham was tasty, but the filling was a bit unusual.

I used to come to this place years years ago and they have remodeled and expanded but their quality I will let you know after the holidays if it's still the same the price is costly but the atmosphere is very welcoming and their area is very View menu

After frequently passing by this restaurant, I finally decided to try their ham sandwich on a croissant. The sandwich was mediocre, with decent ham but very little of it. At nearly $10, I believe there are better delis to visit. I do not plan on returning any time soon. Please refer to the picture for more information. Overall rating: 2.75 stars.

First , we had to fall in line even if we already ordered and paid online. It took us an hour and there were a lot of angry customers. Then a staff announced that walk in customers should leave . They should have told them earlier if there's no more ham available .Second , when I opened the ham morning of thanksgiving , it was burnt , smoky taste and no glaze at all.

The food is always good no complaints there. As for the Service..today was a sh*t show. we reserved a HAM of course for the holiday and picked a reservation time to pick it up. why when we showed up we still have to wait in a long line? To find out that the line should have been separated by prepaid and still needed to pay. it was a mess that was unnecessary at all. Don't have us reserving a time it it doesn't matter. if you want us to reserve a time then serve the people that came in at the reserved time. ..so many angry customers!!! View menu

Pre-ordered and pre-paid for Thanksgiving sides. Stood in line for over an hour to pick-up only to find they were out of everything I pre-paid for except for soup mix. Left me scrambling to fill the gaps in my menu.They also didn't process a refund like they said they would. Instead, I received an email saying my order was complete. I now need to take time out of my workday to call Honeybaked customer service to get my money back.I've been ordering sides from this store every year for over a decade and the lines and the pick-up process have only gotten worse over time. I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Two weeks ago, I placed an order for ham and turkey, each to feed 18 people. We tried to pre-pay, but they said it wasn't possible. When we went to pick up our order on the scheduled day (the 22nd), we had to wait for an hour. When we finally reached the register to pay, we were told they had run out of turkey. Apparently, we could have pre-paid online, but we were not informed of this option. The line of people waiting for their orders wrapped around the store, and many were expecting to get turkey. This year has been a terrible experience at the restaurant! Thankfully, I had a reservation and arrived early at 5:20am. However, an older lady with braided hair came out an hour later causing chaos and arguing with people in line. She was extremely rude, telling those without reservations to leave as no one would be served without one. Despite the low supply, there is a better way to communicate with customers. When the doors opened at 7am, I was helped by a friendly younger woman. Later, a delivery truck blocked me as I was leaving, but it was not a big deal.
