"All kinds of delicious food! If you're in the Baltimore area or travel for good eats like I do, you have to check this place out! The name says it all. They really follow through on the menu. I tried the stuffed salmon, Hennessy ribs, spicy jerk chicken, jerk lamb chops, and the sweet tea-lemonade... and boy, was it worth it! The mac and cheese was incredible, and I took some time to enjoy the potatoes and yams, which were just like my grandma used to make. The yellow rice was tender, the string beans were delicious, and the cabbage was nice, but I felt it could have used a bit more seasoning. I thought the rib was a bit too fatty for my taste, but everything else was excellent. We also tried the fried chicken wings which were amazing and cooked perfectly. The bread pudding was very tasty! The salmon was cooked to perfection; I even asked who prepared it because it was that good! The chicken breast strips were thick and tender with no gristle, and the lamb chop fell off the bone with flavors that danced on my tongue—oh my goodness! I ate leftovers for three days! You know the food is good when reheating it is just as enjoyable, if not even better. I ordered four meals since we were celebrating my mother's birthday, and we chose this place on a whim. We haven't stopped talking about the experience since! The staff was outstanding—truly AMAZING! Thank you, Mama D! Great food and great service made my mother's day special! I can't wait to come back. My mother even said the experience reminded her of the movie "Last Holiday" starring Queen Latifah, as we enjoyed every bite as if there were no tomorrow! I really appreciate this place! P.S. They will also be featured in a local Baltimore publication this month."

"First of all let me say that the food was good, for the most part. In particular I'm speaking of the fried fish that I had. However, there were so many other things wrong that this one truth pales in comparison. When we first arrived at the restaurant there was no one there at the door to greet us. There was someone standing there. But he didn't greet us. My wife had to greet him before he said a word to her! That should have been the first sign of what we were in for. We were sat at a table in the bar area, and given two menus. The table we were sat was way in the corner, facing an unfinished wall, with a lot of exposed pipes sticking out of it! Then another woman came and offered us Bar menus. BUT NO ONE EVER came to see about us! I actually had to go and find a waiter to take care of us. When that waiter did come, he was very polite. And seemed to be very attentive. He took our drink orders (we asked for water with lemon). But, I think he forgot all about us after he took our drink orders. He never did come back with our water. The bartender saw our situation and gave us some water. THEN he showed up with our water! After that, he took our food orders. I ordered the fish and waffles, with grits. My wife ordered the Gold Coast skillet. And, again I believe he completely forgot about us. We sat a long time and by the time we got our food it was cold! I guess it became apparent that we weren't very happy with how we were being treated. Someone who we believe to have been the owner, or perhaps a manager, came over to the table to ask us how we were enjoying our meal. I told him about some of the problems that we were having. He apologized, and told us that he was going to fire this waiter. To my wife and I that seemed very unprofessional! Then, he was followed by the host (who didn't greet us in the first place) asking the same questions as the manager. I told him that my food had gotten cold. So he offered to get me some more grits. During the periods of our apparent non-existence, my wife noted that those of a particular ethnic background were being greeted and seated much more quickly than those of another ethnic background. But, I won't say anything more on that topic. It was just an observation. So all in all, I'd say, don't eat in. And think about it veggie you order out. The fish is the only reason I didn't give this place 1 star!"
