"My boyfriend and I go here often. A while back I tried their gluten free strawberry cake and fell in love with it. They haven?t had it out since. This morning I called to see if they had it out and they didn?t but said they would put a word in with the bakery to have one made. We were planning to eat there tonight. They ended up calling me back a couple hours later and let me know they had made one and would set a piece aside for me. As someone who eats strictly gluten free, this made my day. Best GF cake out there!! Shout out to Mary for being so thoughtful and making this happen today. We love DeVivo Bros!"

"This restaurant is incredible! There are very few family-run establishments left, and none that compare to the greatness of Banning. Everything is homemade, from their cakes to their chicken pot pie to their savory meat pies and rich desserts. We were truly impressed by their delicious offerings. We enjoyed the savory meat pie and the chicken pancake—I've never tasted a better crust or filling than Banning’s pot pie! The seasoned meat was flavorful and delicious. For dessert, we tried their amazing scratch-made berry poppyseed cake and carrot cake, both of which were moist, rich, and unique. I highly recommend this place. The menu selection and service were exceptional. Be sure to arrive early, as they are very popular and fill up quickly. If you're looking for a fantastic meal, Banning is the place to go. Kudos to the family and staff at Banning’s for providing such excellent food! We will definitely be back!"

"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and it was my grandmother's first time there. We walked in and were pleased to see no lines, so we were promptly assisted. We ordered two Smash Burgers—one with regular fries and the other with sweet potato fries. I absolutely love that sweet potato fries are an option! My grandmother mentioned that she would definitely come back in the future. Although the prices are on the higher side, our total for two burgers and two sides was $21, which is quite reasonable."

"I am quite disappointed with my recent experience at Craft House. When I arrived at 9 PM on December 30, 2023, the bartender turned me away, stating that they were closing despite the restaurant's posted closing time of 10 PM. There were still customers inside who were being served at that time. As a six-month pregnant woman dealing with a medical condition, this was especially distressing for me. I was hoping to at least have a non-alcoholic beverage or some water. This incident has left me with a negative impression of your customer service. The bartender's refusal to accommodate such a simple request is disappointing, and it's making me think twice about returning if the closing time remains unreliable. I suggest you enhance your business by adhering to your advertised hours to attract more customers. Additionally, I reached out via email, but I have yet to receive a response."

"DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. I hosted some guests and placed a $120 order through DoorDash from this restaurant. Unfortunately, they forgot to include a simple dinner salad. I contacted the DoorDash driver, who said he didn't receive it from the restaurant. When I reached out to DoorDash customer service, they refused to send another driver with the missing salad for my guest. I then called the restaurant, but they just passed the blame to DoorDash, who in turn blamed them. I even offered to pick up the salad myself to ensure my guest had their meal, but the restaurant declined to replace it. This experience was terrible, and I will never order from here again."

"3 different orders, all incorrect but kept them. Last one ordered was chicken and shrimp fajitas. Got beef and shrimp instead. Shrimp qty very low (5 total) with tails still on. Rest of meal had a few crusty shrimp tails only in the beef as fragments. Beef was very old and difficult to chew. Other meals in the past included us eating there. My wife’s drink handed to us had a stain on the top (someone else’s finished drink just reloaded for us — not washed). First time was a fajita meal with very tiny chip fragments in the recooked bean spread. We are never eating there again. Those chip fragments meant they’re using left over meals and dumping on our plate. Noticed others are ok, but ours was not. I’d be careful if I were you. It’s disgusting Kid-friendliness: One time we ate there it was very very loud. I don’t see children feeling ok"

"Bar Louie's overall good vibe. Stepping in the hostess it's very attentive and gets you sat down quickly. They have a decent menu and list of cocktails. The Cadillac Margarita was my choice. Went here with a group of friends just to enjoy some early dinner. The spot wasn't too packed which I like, I ended up getting a burger and the burger was cooked really well. There's a lot of sitting here if you prefer outside there's a handful of options inside is very much spaced out if you prefer the indoors. The bar has a good amount of seating as well. For me this place is more about just a nice chill vibe to meet up with friends, reconnect and have a good time. Also a good spot to get some food either before or after the movies which are right next door."

"I don't even know where to start. I picked up my food at 6:21pm after ordering around 6pm or shortly after. It was quite a quick turnaround for supposedly authentic Italian cuisine, but I'll give it a chance - if it ever arrives. The delivery came at 6:43pm and my build-your-own pasta wasn't hot at all. I didn't receive the extra sauces or chicken that I paid for. The breadsticks tasted like they were from the frozen aisle, and the marinara sauce was similar to a generic grocery store brand - two thumbs down. Moving on to the salad, I received the correct one but there was no dressing or extra dressing that I paid for. The toppings on the lettuce were uneven. I was very disappointed and will not be eating at this restaurant again, and I'm not sure if I want to try any of their other locations. Good luck to anyone else who decides to dine at this establishment."

"Saturday, 3-23-24. My roommate myself happened upon this place after finding out our favorite Mexican place was no longer in business. We were there for takeout.The stares and gossip we got from 2 servers and the bartender was not necessary. Totally blatant and didn't even try to hide it. I found it Comical rude. For that, our server got from me a $2 tip. Didn't even deserve that. So for that, service got a 1 ? rating. Food, 1 ? rating. Ordered a double brisket burrito. Not double. All rice beans. No side, salsa, NADA. Atmosphere looked liked fun but because of the ignorance from the 2 servers bartender, 1 ?. Watermelon Margheritas. Sticky, sugary. Gag worthy. The appetizers, as soon as our server took our takeout order she came back with the apps. Goat cheese balls, cold hard golf balls. The shrimp, Gumbo shrimp 71/90's way overcooked. Made ahead of time, definitely not fresh. This was late afternoon, had my dog with me. My dog was watching the Crows Mocking birds sitting and munching on chicken wing bones on a table that wasn't cleared. Only fun part of my 30 minutes there. To sum it up, servers, bartender RUDE. Food, eh, could be better. Word of advice, train the children that work there."

"Mokbar is tucked away in a calm corner within the commotion of Chelsea Market. It is basically a Korean inspired ramen shop, which combines traditional broths with Japanese ramen noodles. Choi’s menu is based on home-style Korean recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Every dish brought out from her kitchen really pack a punch.The menu at Mŏkbar consists of dishes like “Kimchi Ramen” which is bacon broth with braised pork and stewed kimchi. Each ramen bowl on the menu has a “story” which describes the origin of its traditional flavors. Esther Choi’s bowls and plates are just like her – feisty, innovative and full of zing.<br/ <br/ I think Mokbar is definitely worth a visit – I just can’t wait to go back!"

"I ordered mother bowl and asked to make it vegan which they agreed to. It had basil pesto and the ingredients on board listed “olive oil, basil and pesto” so I thought it was dairy free. The staff was clueless about vegan options even after asking about it. They even had a plant based options board in the front that they weren’t aware of.I realised the pesto sauce had dairy cheese in it while eating and the following night I had the worst stomach cramps of my life ???My college had a similar experience of food poisoning even though he ordered something different. They probably serve stale food.Extremely disappointed and don’t recommend this place to anyone- vegan or not!!"
