"I want to begin by saying that the food at this restaurant is fantastic, so don’t let this review discourage you from dining there. However, I will be refraining from ordering until they address an issue. When you place an order online, they automatically add a 20% tip for takeout, with no option to select 0% unless you notice the small print for a custom tip and adjust it yourself. Personally, I usually tip 10% for takeout since the staff is already earning at least minimum wage. It feels underhanded that they incorporate the tip without making it clear, and if you don’t notice or raise a concern like I did, you could end up paying an extra 20%. As I mentioned, the food is excellent, but their business practices leave much to be desired."
