"This restaurant was a total letdown. I ordered three cachapas, and they tried to charge me $90! When the cachapas arrived, they were far from delicious. I went back inside to express my dissatisfaction, but they just told me that’s how they make them. I’ve had cachapas before, and these were really unappetizing. I won’t be returning. The service was awful; the woman had a bad attitude, and the cook didn’t seem interested in preparing anything. I even asked for a pepito, and they said they don’t make those. I left feeling very disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone."

I'm giving them 1 star because the service was good but the food is awful. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The food is not worth the prices.

Awesome freaking arepas or cachapas. If you're longing for a little taste of Venezuela, this is the spot. Reminds you of your amaita's areapas View menu

A colleague recommended this Venezuelan restaurant for lunch. I tried a Malta Polar and a beef patacón, which is made with green plantains topped with shredded beef, cheese, and pico de gallo—a traditional dish from Venezuela!

The food was cooked to perfection. 3 stars on the atmosphere because there wasn’t any other customers in the building. But my churasco, tostones we’re cooked to perfection. 5 stars on the food, I would eat there every day.Food: 5/5

Poor customer service all of the servers were just walking by me not even acknowledging the fact that I’m waiting on a order they kept telling me five minutes and before you know it thirty minutes went by even the owner just walk right passed me but he went to every table asking was everybody ok I got a racist vibe from this spot View menu

I've come here a couple of times and ordered twice the steak arepa. Both times have been great. The arepa is crispy and not too dense which is a good. The steak has been well cooked to a medium being seasoned well. I could do medium rare but medium suffices. My wife got shredded beef arepa and it was excessively salty. She returned and got steak arepa and enjoyed it. The sauces for arepa sandwiches are good. I like the garlic aioli. The service good. Would be interested in trying other dishes.

"I understand that the economy has changed, and I'm willing to pay for good food and service, but I was shocked to learn of a new policy that charges for extra bread, especially after we ordered 2 bottles of wine, 4 entrees, and even upgraded a salad to Caesar for an additional fee. We probably would've ordered more wine if our waitress had bothered to pay us any attention. Gabriella, our waitress, spent more time at the computer just a few feet away than attending to our table. To add insult to injury, we were charged a sharing fee even though we ordered 4 entrees for the 4 of us. The timing of our meal was also off—two salads were brought out, followed immediately by two hot dishes, but they hadn't made the Caesar salad yet. When we mentioned that we hadn’t received the other salad, Gabriella said she would have the kitchen hold onto our food and "freshen" it before serving it again. Really? I made it clear that they needed to remake the meals, not just reheat them. She didn't seem pleased with that request, but what could I do? Overall, it was a disappointing experience. There was no ice bucket for the white wine, we never got another glass of wine after the first, I had to ask four times for water, we faced a sharing charge for one of the four meals, and were charged extra for more bread. The idea of "freshening" food was baffling. I spent $200 and did not feel it was worth it at all. I don't usually write negative reviews, and I hate to come off as bitter, but I was genuinely disappointed and a bit embarrassed. What should have been a joyous occasion turned into a frustrating one."
