"this is my second favorite Thai restaurant in all nyc. eating: I have been here since 2018. it is a great place for vegetarians, as they have tofu, veggie and mock dock options. eating here is well seasoned and made to taste. they have also tried to provide my mother, who is allergic to wobble and garlic. everything is made to order and the sweet is fresh. the spring rolls do not feel too oily and are crispy. the pad kea mao is really good here. I like that the nudes don't hang together and they make it really spicy for me what I love. on thai is one of the few places where I could find the kao soy entree. I love the tartness of the red apple and the curry is delicious. the size of the noodles is also exactly what they want in a soup noodle dish. the portions are the correct size so they do not feel hungry or overcrowded. ambiente: the decoration is beautiful and welcoming. you feel in a pretty ankle garden. the tables are fairly well packed so it gets a bit tight. their outside seats are also really nice. they have created a summer garden look and it is so inviting that even when they pass, they stop to see the restaurant. delivery: I also got the delivery from here and they try to pack everything in a wise way, so it is not spilled and still hot. eating keeps going well."

"I have written a positive review in the past about how Thai One On is very accommodating about food allergies. I love their food and order take out or delivery a few times a month.In early Feb I went to place an online order and the website said it was too early to place an order. I had placed orders around noon other times. I called them but the mailbox was full. I drove by and saw that they were closed during regular business hours and thought they were permanently closed because of COVID or recent construction that blocks street parking. FInally, the other day, I saw something posted to their front door and pulled over to see. They were victims of arson on Jan 30th and will be closed for a few months.I am so sad about the arson, but so happy that they will be back. "Lotus Thai offers an authentic Thai experience with a beautiful new patio perfect for their “Thirsty Thursdays” featuring food, music, and fun. We started with the Mango Salad with Coconut Shrimp and Crispy Chive Cakes with delicious dipping sauce. The Bangkok Chicken with crispy chicken, cashews, and string beans in chili sauce was a standout, as was the Crispy Duck Panang with curry sauce and steamed vegetables. "Absolutely loved this place! Had to order one of their popular dishes, the crispy garlic chicken, which was fantastic! I was also very impressed by their Kao Soi. It took me straight back to Chiang Mai, Thailand. This popular northern Thailand dish is a staple of that area, and they would have been highly rated if it had been made back there as well. "We had a pleasant evening at this restaurant. The service was good and there were many vegetarian options available. We informed our server that we were both vegan and ordered two dishes from the vegetarian menu, making sure to emphasize our dietary preferences. When the server inquired about the use of oyster sauce, we requested no fish sauce or other ingredients sourced from the sea. It seemed like oyster sauce was a common ingredient in many dishes on the menu. This reminded me of a Chinese restaurant that used chicken stock in all of its "Vegetarian Specials" because it supposedly made them taste better. The pad Thai was tasty, but the supposedly spicy vegetable dish I ordered was quite mild. I requested it to be Thai hot, but it seems like this got lost in translation to the chef. Nonetheless, the vegetables were fresh and well-prepared, but we had chosen Thai cuisine specifically for its bold and spicy flavors."

"What a place! Very small, kind of hidden heaven in the middle of greenpoint! Wow! We were just schocked how great it was. If you’re a noodle lover don’t hesitate because they serve a very decent noodle plates. Drunken noodles are our favourite. If you look for something more exotic try the pineapple curry spicy, a little bit sweet and a little bit sour, wonderful. Service is slightly slow but it doesn’t matter when they are so friendly and serve you these pieces of heaven."

"I walked into this restaurant expecting something average, but what I found was a hidden gem. I am from North Carolina and travel frequently, and one of my favorite cuisines is Thai food. In my opinion, the best way to judge a Thai restaurant is by their soup and rice. The rice here is perfect - aromatic and delicious. The tom kha gai soup is perfection! It is spicy, creamy, and full of lime leaves, mushrooms, and tomatoes. It is truly great. Additionally, I had a peek at the kitchen and discovered that the lady who runs it grows most of her own veggies and herbs. Fresh mint sprigs were on the counter and lemongrass was being prepped in the back. If this place doesn't impress you, then you must not have experienced authentic Thai cuisine."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant has my heart. Not only is it the best new Thai restaurant in the neighborhood, but it’s also the most consistent and professional. Every dish they make is so well flavored, and the food delivers so well. Scallion pancake comes super crispy and is exceptional. "Came here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really delicious. I got the Shrimp Pad Thai and asked if they could add broccoli to it for me. I will say that you have to make sure you eat the food as soon as it's cooked. Noodles absorb any juice you have in anything so as soon as I came home (which was a couple of hours later) the noodles were stuck and clumped together and the meal became a little dry. But initially they were not (I tasted the food as soon as I got it) Overall it was a good experience. I paid $20 which is a good value for the portion of food I received. I would recommend this place."
