"Felt like having some Korean food, and decided to give this new place (to us) a try. The front of the place was a bit confusing, for us, in finding a parking spot, as they somehow seemed like it's for other neighboring businesses. We parked in the back and used the back entrance to the restaurant. The decor inside is simple, and the set up is a long corridor; sitting on the right and sushi counter and kitchen on the left. The Korean dishes weren't that many, and for the meal we got sushi app, bibimbap, and chicken katsu. All were fresh and tasty. If you want a full Korean menu, this is not it. But what we ordered it was very good!"

"This was my first time trying authentic sushi and it was a fantastic experience. The service was excellent and we dined in for dinner. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Daisy Roll, California Roll, and Pacific Roll."

"I don’t know what this place is doing but they do not use fresh sushi. I’m expecting and since I can’t have real sushi, I like to get cali rolls. I love a good avocado roll, so I ordered both through DoorDash. When I arrived the women said, pick up? and pointed to the back and looked away. The girl that handed me my order didn’t even look at me just said name? I was gonna start off with 3 stars, until I got home. I asked for spicy mayo and had some spicy red sauce inside the cali roll that burned my whole month, not even close to spicy mayo. The minute I opened the box, I could smell how bad and spoiled the crab was but I tried it anyway. That led to me on the toilet for a half hour. The avocado in the avo roll was rock hard, not anywhere close to ripe and each roll I touched fell apart. I ended up throwing it away after trying a piece of each. I have never had more disgusting sushi in my entire life. This was so disappointing and such a bad first impression. I will not be supporting this business again. I should have just gone to Chopstix as usual but I thought I’ll try something new since I was in the area. Such a bad idea. ?"

"My niece wanted to go to Biwon for her birthday dinner because she and her brothers had been to this restaurant a few times before and enjoyed the experience. Some of the the things I will give a bad review for are just their business practices. We got to the restaurant for our reservation on time and were seated about 30 minutes later (not bad). I asked a couple of questions regarding the notes on the menu. Everyone in our party was planning to do the all you can eat and we have some diet differences. We were told everyone getting all you can eat sushi had to sit at one table and everyone else (that got the all you can eat premium Korean BBQ and Sushi had to sit at the other tables. The problem with that is, we were splitting checks. Some of the servers weren 't listening and were bringing out wrong orders and then the servers got incredibly rude. My daughter also wanted to order all you can eat, but she was overlooked everytime they came to the table, I had to physically stop servers and send them in her direction (at another table) to take her order. My son has severe allergies and he didn 't order one thing. The bill came and I was charged for him. I reminded our server that he didn 't eat anything. She went to the manager on duty and he came over to us to ask who had a question. I said I did and explained to him what was incorrect. He went on to argue with me that he personally saw my son picking at food, which would not even be possible since he was sitting in between my husband and my niece that both ordered a lot of food and I had never seen that man. He then said well maybe he wasn 't eating it, I can take it off. He then continued to argue that he and other employees saw him eating food. Let me add, I had to take my son to get food once we left here... because again, he wasn 't eating. We spent around $500, which is no problem for good food and service. It was a waste in this particular case. I suggest going to Master Kim 's or anywhere else."

"Today, a friend and I went to this restaurant for lunch. We had to pick up the menu from the front counter and find a table to sit at. We were the only customers there at the time. After about 5 minutes, nobody came to take our order or even bring us water. There was a man behind the counter who seemed too busy to help us, and a woman who was sitting and eating. She could have at least moved her food aside to assist us, but instead she went back to eating. It felt like we had to wait for her to finish her meal before we could be served. I used to enjoy dining at this place before the pandemic, but this experience has left me disappointed. I don't plan on returning anytime soon."

"SS came recommended to me by a colleague, who said it was a "hole in the wall" type location, but that the food was phenomenal. She was quite right! It frequently seems that outstanding fare often appears undercover. Serving sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and other styles, SS is among the top in quality, artistry, and value in the area. The presentation is outstanding, attention to detail is wonderful, value is excellent, and variety is significant. Tight accommodations, though not uncomfortable. Try it!"

"Just stay away. Yes, it's in Saratoga and it's close by if you live in Eagle Mountain. But please do your health a favor and just stay away. My husband and I gave this place a few tries. At first, the food was very, very good. But since it hasn't been that good since, we're guessing it was just a fluke. We have never been seated anywhere other than right in front of the bathrooms and kitchen. The whole place is visibly gross and filthy including the floors, doors, and cleaning equipment. At our last visit, the waitress had no problem throwing dirty plates into the bin they keep right outside the kitchen where everyone can see, picking up the broom and broom pan, and then setting those right down at the table in front of us to take our order without washing her hands! I hate to think about what they are doing in the kitchen where no one can see. Also, my raw sushi was warm and they took forever getting it out to me. The rest of my family was finished eating by the time they remembered me. There was no apology. They just set it down in front of me. I feel like we're tempting the food poisoning gods if we kept going there. So we're done. Not worth the crazy high pricing either."

"We had our order of 4 rolls out in less then 15 minutes on a Monday around 4pm . The rolls were delicious and full of flavor. I had a Mango roll and the dynamite roll. The rice was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of stickiness to it. The staff was attentive a d friendly. The soda machine was out of service but I understand that happens some things are out of people's control. The store was extremely clean and had a fresh smell. The prices were about average for the type of food."

"I have been a frequent patron of this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food. However, my recent experiences have been marred by consistently poor service. There is one server in particular who I seem to always get, and each time there are numerous communication problems and issues. It has become quite tiresome and has significantly detracted from my overall dining experience. Despite my desire to continue dining here, spending over an hour and receiving minimal food due to the server's incompetence is just not acceptable. I find myself becoming frustrated with this individual to the point where I leave before I am fully satisfied. I am hesitant to request a different server in the future as I do not want to come across as impolite."

"I’m not sure how long this restaurant has been open, but I’ve passed by it countless times while living in Elk Grove. I never tried it until yesterday. There's a location near my workplace in Natomas, and I’ve been there twice with my coworkers, and it was decent. However, after seeing this location on Yelp, I decided to order lunch from here. Unfortunately, it was not the same quality. The food didn’t taste fresh at all. This review only reflects the food quality since I never dined in, so I can't comment on their service. I ate a few pieces but ended up throwing the rest away because it tasted stale, and I didn't want to risk getting sick. I ordered a sesame chicken bento for my son—the meat was acceptable, but the rice was really dry and a bit hard. I’m giving it one star solely because they offer online ordering. My sister also experienced stomach issues afterward."

"I'm giving two stars because the flavor was excellent and the ginger salad was excellent but the other three stars I'm leaving empty because the sushi was mushy and I couldn't even use chopsticks so I resorted to a fork but it still fell apart so I had to use a big spoon. I ended up turning it into a salad because it was more suited as that. It was runny. This place has been here for a WHILE so I thought for sure it would be good. I'd rather have my $31 back. And I don't know people pick their rolls up differently but I've tried both different ways and it felt just fell apart."
