"First up was the salmon scallop roll. As a big fan of salmon, I was looking forward to this one, especially with the added scallops. However, I was disappointed to find there were no scallops inside, just crab stick filling. To make matters worse, there was a huge blob of wasabi on the edge of the container that I had to scrape off my roll. The cherry blossom roll, on the other hand, was fantastic for salmon enthusiasts! The presentation was quite good for takeout, and I appreciated that it was loaded with salmon and roe, along with some tuna. Overall, there were some hits and misses, but I can see why people love this place!"

This is a fantastic little sushi spot in town. It's cozy but offers excellent food. My kids especially enjoy their bento box combos.

Overall, it wasn't too bad. I truly valued the quality of the fish used in the sashimi and sushi. However, I was quite let down by the ramen I ordered.

Honestly, it wasn't too bad. I really appreciated the quality of their fish for sashimi and sushi, but I was quite disappointed with the ramen I ordered.

I just had my first experience at Satori Sushi, and it was fantastic! The fresh fish was beautifully presented, and I enjoyed 16 pieces of sashimi along with a crab mixture. The dish came with lemon, daikon, ginger, seaweed salad, wasabi, and jalapeños. I will definitely be ordering from here again! View menu

This was my second visit to this restaurant. My first experience was wonderful, and I enjoyed it so much that I ended up ordering takeout twice. My favorite dish is the chicken tenders; they're incredibly delicious and always put me in a good mood! I'm happy to report that the quality has stayed consistent since my initial visit. I can't wait to return!

This is my second visit to this restaurant. During my first experience, we dined in, and everything was fantastic. For my second visit, we opted for takeout. My favorite dish is the kids' udon with chicken; it’s so flavorful and always improves my mood! Having tried it again and found the quality to be consistently outstanding, I can say with confidence that this place is definitely worth it. We will definitely be back!

I’ve ordered food from here for delivery, so I can't comment on the dining experience or the service. However, I found the food to be quite average. The teriyaki chicken has a food court quality to it—it's not terrible, but definitely nothing to write home about. The sushi rolls are similarly average; while the fish is reasonably fresh, it doesn't stand out in any way. On the plus side, the rolls are well-constructed, looking nice and holding their shape well. View menu

Satori undoubtedly serves the best sushi in Elk Grove. While the ambiance may not be the most lavish, the exceptional quality and generous portion sizes make up for it. The nigiri is substantial—far from the small, average pieces you often encounter in other places. Plus, their prices are fantastic, usually 30-40% lower than other sushi restaurants! This isn't an exaggeration, and the quality remains excellent. My wife adores the Crunch Roll (who doesn’t?), and I enjoy nearly everything on the menu, particularly the Rainbow Roll.

Satori really serves the best sushi in Elk Grove. Although the ambiance may not be particularly striking, the quality and portion sizes are definitely worth it. The nigiri pieces are large and satisfying, a welcome change from the small, unsatisfactory servings you find at many other restaurants. Additionally, their prices are very affordable, often 30-40% lower than those of competitors, without sacrificing quality. My wife loves the Crunch Roll (who doesn't?), and I’m a fan of everything on their menu, especially the Rainbow Roll.

"The possibility of unlimited paneer for dinner is fun to consider. Sunday night is a slower time of their weekend buffet, so if you want AYCE portions with a little peace and quiet, try Sunday night. Restaurant focused on flavor and food quality, instead of trying to impress you with overwhelming selection. Savory samosas. Solid butter chicken. Garlic naan was nicely crispy on the outside without being charred or massively doughy inside. If you can 't wrap your head around the Indo Chinese section, there 's still plenty other items to enjoy. Or try your best to just go with it. (I 've never quite been able to understand how there is an Eiffel Tower or so many Venetian sculptures in Las Vegas. If I just go with it, then I have a good time).Food, like music and art, doesn 't exist without outside influences or adjacencies. Blending, crossover, exchange, adoption, and adaptation all happen in real life. This is fused (not fusion) food. For example, my satisfying slice of tikka pizza wasn 't bombastically overloaded or dangerously spicy. There wasn 't anything extreme about that pizza. And there wasn 't supposed to be. It 's a great value. Server said, buffet menu changes daily. Makes me want to return to see what they have next time. I may try a different time and day of the week. Thank you for being open and attentive when I was hungry!"
