"We had a great desire for Ethiopian cuisine, and Selam definitely met our expectations. The restaurant is spacious and well-lit, providing plenty of seating for larger parties. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We ordered the Selam Meat and Veggie combination, which was simply delicious. This dish is ideal for two people, or possibly even more. It offered a wonderful blend of spicy and mild flavors. Additionally, the restaurant features a full bar and a professional coffee machine, serving Ethiopian beer as well. I tried the St. George, and it was quite enjoyable. Overall, this was a fantastic find!"
