Selam Ethiopian Eritrean Cuisine

Our group thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried—it was all absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the coffee was wonderfully aromatic, definitely some of the best I've ever had. It was a busy evening, so we had to wait a while to place our order and receive our food, but it was well worth the wait.

Unforgettable! Dining here was truly an exceptional experience. Our server, Abraham, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He genuinely seemed excited about the menu and gave us some fantastic recommendations. I've never tasted coffee this good before! The baklava was delightfully warm and fresh. It's an excellent restaurant! I really loved the decor and the service. We ordered the Veggie Special because one of us was hesitant to try the meat dishes, which seemed spicy. We truly enjoyed the experience of eating with injera (which is delicious on its own!), and every dish in the special was fantastic. It was more than enough for two people. This has become my favorite restaurant in Orlando! The food is outstanding, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of the food was incredible. We ordered the meat and vegetable combo along with the lamb ye beg to share among three people, and everything was cooked to perfection. For dessert, we enjoyed a delightful baklava! If I could give them an extra star, I definitely would. I highly recommend it – 10/10!

This restaurant is truly fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless and well-organized. The food is exceptionally fresh and incredibly tasty. I only wish we had a restaurant like this in Jacksonville—nothing there can compare to this one. We ordered the veggie platter for two, and my daughter, who was trying it for the first time, had the chicken. We also had some appetizers, and everything was outstanding. They have a wide range of vegan options, and the coffee is exceptional. It’s an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy your meal at your own pace. They never rush you and are more than happy to explain each dish. I highly recommend trying something new from the menu. I always make it a point to visit whenever I’m in the area, even if I’m not very hungry—I just have to stop in for the coffee.
