"I ALWAYS try to give them the benefit of the doubt , given I have worked in the food service I personally know how it can be sometimes. As for our visit here , we stopped by while on vacation , left very disappointed, will not be back definitely wouldn’t recommend this. Service is #1 always! We walked in through the main entrance , talked to one girl who said sit wherever you want , we’ll be right with you. So we seat ourselves in the patio area, 20minutes go by and we still haven’t seen a server , no menus , no drinks. Another server comes out and wipes off a table , asks if we’ve been helped, no we hadn’t , we wait 15 more minutes , I go in and just ask to get a menu, told he was on his way to me as he’s talking to another worker. Again , I know how it gets sometimes but the restaurant was not busy, this was a Tuesday. Finally we get menus watered down drinks , no straws, fine , we goto order the server doesn’t use his book which I would assume is the reason he messed up our very simple orders. No refills, no one checked on us after we got our food. Disappointing, this place has a great atmosphere it has potential but lack of service or clearly lack of communication. We were there for an hour a half before we got our food total. There was 2 other tables near by I could overhear wasn’t happy."
