"By far the best donuts I have ever tasted. Beats krispy kreme by a mile. They have so many varieties of donuts and I have found not one that I did not like. For this batch of donuts I went with whatever sounded tasty but the chocolate box you can never go wrong with. Their milkshakes are also amazing as well, much better than the milkshakes I?ve had shake shack, Chick-fil-A or even sonic. And the staff are always amazing in terms of giving you suggestions or just to have idle chit chat with."

"First time, pleasantly surprised. Started with a Zombie and coconutini, both outstanding. Seaweed salad was so fresh and tasty. Pepper Tuna Tataki was good as was the Spicy Tuna Gyoza. Really enjoyed the butter garlic oysters although maybe needed a hint more garlic. We also had several rolls, eel Naruto roll was lite and tasty but spider roll was the star, delicious! Service was very good, all in all I would say it was a hot and we will be back. Recommended!"

"Five guys is always a good option. Everything else was closed in the area, and we fell back on burgers. I won't eat burgers at most places, b but I like the burgers here bec they're crispy and have that great texture. I just love it w mayo. I will say the cheese is nothing to speak of, to the degree that next time I will prob get the burger without the cheese. The fries are so abundant it's crazy, that could be the whole meal. Easy to park, not crowded at all."

"The place is nice and the food is very good. I had the Porterhouse and my wife had the filet mignon. I guess the only complaint on my part would be for them to offer some gluten free rolls( good ones). Also maybe an extra dessert item or two that are gluten free. The crème brûlée is very good though. Awesome steak!!!"

"Last year my husband and I went to the Port Jefferson Margaritas. The service was horrible and so was the food! They apologized and sent a gift certificate to give them a second chance. We took it to the one in Smithtown. We where greeted kindly but placedin a busy area. We moved then ordered. Our dinner was excellent but no one came to ask how our food was or if we wanted anythingmore to drink as my glass was completely empty. We constantly had to hunt down someone to get my glass filled with water andboxes for the food then the bill. It’s such a shame that for a nice restaurant you don’t put more detail into customerservice."

"I’m completely and utterly disappointed with my experience. I was completely starving and so I decided I’d order *just* JUST a Mac and Cheese from Panera. They told me that my order would take 40 minutes to arrive, despite the fact that it was a singular item from a restaurant less than 5 minutes away from my location. I was so famished that I decided I’d wait through it to get my Mac and Cheese, but was already slightly disappointed. 50 minutes later and I’m wondering where my order was??? Just as I’m about to call to check in, I get called by the driver but the call is seemingly one sided as I don’t get a response back when asking if he was there. I end up having to search all around the property for my Mac and Cheese and i can’t find it. By this point I’m utterly devastated by my lack of Mac and Cheese and so I call the Panera itself. I had already called the driver over 10 times only to be met with silence and the mind numbing sound of the phone ringing as my call wasn’t picked up. When I call the Panera itself I have to wait to talk to an actual human being instead of the automated responses. When I *finally* get a real human being on the phone to try and address my issues, the woman is dismissive and entirely unprofessional and unqualified. I’m made to wait even longer as she has to go to her manager to answer any simple question that I ask. When I give up on getting my Mac and Cheese, I start asking if I could get a refund. Immediately I’m shut down and told that I could instead come to the restaurant and get my own Mac and Cheese, but I’d get it for no additional cost. I’m outraged by this point because I had specifically ordered delivery because I was not *able* to go to the restaurant and get my own food. I reiterate the fact that I wanted a full refund, no longer caring about my Mac and Cheese, but now filled by another hunger, a hunger for justice. The woman on the line pauses at this, needing to see her manager again to ask for guidance. When I ask if she thought it would be possible, she hung up. I was now staring blankly at my phone, the image of a screen displaying “call ended” burning into my retinas. I never did get my Mac and Cheese, nor did I get any form of refund or any money back, not even in the form of store credit. The store credit would have been useless anyways though, I am never returning nor am I ever ordering from this insultingly impudent establishment again. I have not even begun to mention the insane price difference that ordering online delivery has. A Mac and Cheese from Panera would usually only set you back $10.99. My order cost me almost 20 dollars. I only ordered a Mac and Cheese. I spent 20 dollars on food that never arrived, got treated to frankly abhorrent customer service, then got to write this short little review. I’m still hungry, now absolutely ravenous, but writing this review has somewhat sated me. I would however, really appreciate my 20 dollars back. Which I never got refunded. Or maybe just my Mac and Cheese. Which I never got to enjoy. Not that the food at Panera is all that great anyways. It’s subpar. Just like my experience today."

"I went here alone one night and I enjoyed the food took home a piece of cheesecake for my husband he said is was so good next night we went together he got eggplant parm the portion was so much he had to take some home,I loved that I was able to order breakfast at 8 :00 at night. We got desserts to go and again enjoyed them very much. We only had their cheesecake and carrot cake and would definitely recommend both. After a 25-minute wait, the staff member who took my order informed me that they were out of panini bread, despite my seeing other employees preparing multiple panini sandwiches. There was no line at the time, and sandwiches were actively being made. If they were truly out of bread, she should have notified me immediately. I ended up leaving in frustration. They really need to improve their communication and service."
