"A huge fan of Vietnam's famous breakfast soup, but unfortunately this spot was pho-gettable. I passed Pho Chateau many times, so I thought I would try. I ordered the fried spring rolls and Ph?. My favorite jumpers are from Vietnam, so I was looking forward to these. Sad, they were understated and their n??c ch?m was not enough to live the court. The spring rollers were too oily. I guess the oil wasn't hot enough and/or they didn't let the spring rolls flow off. What the Ph?, I had #B89 (Well-Done Brisket, Fatty Brisket and Soft Tendon ? Ph? Chín, G?u, Gân. I asked her for no gentle tendon and to add only a little extra of the other meat. At first the court came with a soft tendon, so I took it out. My server saw me and was apologetic. They brought me a small bowl of the other meat to add my soup. The broth lacked the characteristic wealth and inaccuracy you expect from Ph?. It was also under seasoned. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was tender, so it was good. The restaurant itself was nice, clean and welcoming. I asked for more fish sauce and got a little donor. My server also brought me a caddy with different spices because they knew that I wanted to improve/ improve the taste of my food. That was nice. My server was great. They were very warm, answered questions I had about the menu, checked for me, and even dealt with light banners. Customer service here is good. I cannot recommend this place because of the quality of the food I had. Unfortunately, Northern Virginia is saturated for Pho Chateau with Vietnamese restaurants and the competition is steep."

"Definitely skip Vocelli 's If ' you 're looking for a convenient place to order dinner for the family without a lot of hassle. If you do order from them, be sure to have a backup plan. Summary: Wrong order, forced me to chase them down for answers, refused to make it right, no apology, not apologetic at all, wouldn 't even refund the full value of the missing pizza, sketchy request for credit card info they already had. Details: Wife and child were sick and I had to work late. She wanted pizza, so I tried to order online from Vocelli 's website because they 're nearby. Took a long time to get here, and when it did, the order was wrong. I had ordered 2 pizzas, one with some unusual toppings that only I like and one that everyone else would like. In place of the pizza I 'd ordered for the sick members of the family was one that had a foul smell to it. I think it was mushrooms and onions, but in any case, not something anyone in this house would eat. I called the number for the local franchise to get a wireless customer has been disconnected message. I had to go look up the corporate help number and they called the place and said it was just busy (maybe my cell company was acting strange, but wireless customer has been disconnected is different from busy and it 's not ambiguous. Eventually I managed to contact the local Vocelli 's and the guy told me the driver had mixed it up and he would call to get it corrected. 30 minutes later with a hungry 3 year-old waiting, I had heard nothing so I called again. This time they tell me it 's too late, we 're not going to get a pizza. This was 7:30pm and supposedly the store closes at 10pm. He says: do you want me to take $10 off your order? I had been charged $11.18 for the missing pizza not including delivery, tip, and tax. I said, at least give me back the full value of the pizza that is missing. After arguing, he said he 'd charge back $11. I didn 't have time to waste on him since I had a sick family to take care of and work to do, so I said fine, but this is the last time we order from you. Then he pauses, and asks me for my credit card number. I had already given the order number and the address, and it was an online order that I knew was in his system. Why not just charge it back from that? I decided that $11 was not worth the risk of having my credit damaged by fraud and told him to forget the whole thing. No hint of an apology the whole time, not even an insincere one. Hey man, I get that you 've had a long day, but you 're not the only one. Then I had to find alternative dinner for my sick 3-year old and break the news to my sick wife that she 'd have to wait for something else, too. There 's a Paisano 's and a Bozelli 's both very close to this Vocelli 's, and both have been reliable, so there are better options even if you don 't like the big chains for a pizza. Vocelli is thoroughly disappointing. In the end, I had to put the bad pizza out in the garage because of the foul smell it"

"This is by far one of the worst pizza places I have encountered. I live rather close to this place, I order online, I tip well and I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered a hand tossed crust pizza and when it 's delivered, it is thin. In fact this one is so thin in the center of the pie, you can almost see through it to the bottom of the box. You call and tell them you ordered hand tossed, they check the system and say yes, I see it clearly says hand tossed, they apologize and have someone make a new one to send to you when will you teach your cooks how to actually make hand tossed crust to avoid this constant back and forth?? This is the last time I will be ordering anything from this Paisano 's. Update 1: The manager called back stating he just called the cook who had left and he says it was hand tossed, so now this manager is asking me to send pictures to his cellphone. Update 2: A real manager called now and this time tells me this is how hand tossed is made because they do New York Style . However if you look at one of the screenshots below you see they have two separate options, Create Your Own (says nothing about New York Style and the one I use) and the one under that which is for New York Style pizza. This is the same as when you look at their menu online as well. If they are going to claim it 's always this thin crust regardless of which option you select, they need to clarify that on their site and menu. What a joke."

"Chiootle Mexican Grill Lorton VA I have visited the following Chipotle on several Okkasassons. Lately date 11 August 2022. And the one Truusm that is familiar is the less than Cordial, prentious, and bottom right obnoxious settings of many of these locations employees. Typically, I visited this place for the takeover. During lunch it is usually full of patrons from Ft. Belvoir and the surrounding area. In general, I did not find any problem with eating as a whole. However, I will say that it would be a pleasant change to actually get a more generous part of the requested meat selection against a plethora of rice, salad and other clothing in excess. Usually I don't spend less than $40-$50 or more every time I've seen the following Chipotle location. On the basis of today's interactions, however, I will no longer apply a facility in which the employees hastened contemptive expressions and contempt when a male asks for basic disputes. And maybe I'll even politely add seeming eye roles. And also this type of Atttitude has been routine every visit to the following site. Ir is simply amazing in view of today's market climate that establsihments employees do not admit that regular patronage not only helps to pay their salary but, not only understanding so many other decisions doors away. Chipotle is doing a better job than a whole. The problem here is not a language barrier Spanish is spoken by many of your cartridges very often. So, if your employees murmur under or breath and cheat among themselves what has been spoken, has gone unnoticed; It is a very bad solution to do this. These locations check based on my multiple visits and interactions with employees is well guaranteed. Return visit, not likely until the management of Chipote addresses its employees to the correct treatment of its cartridges."

"We have tried takeout several times from Taste of Beijing. We’ve appreciated their direct online ordering through their website, which doesn’t include any upcharges like ordering through GrubHub or similar sites often does. For Covid precautions, they have plastic sheeting dividing the counter from the rest of the restaurant, and handle food and payment through slits in the plastic. They have signs up encouraging wearing masks as well (though the staff haven’t always been wearing them). The food itself is fairly good. One favorite is chicken and rice soup for two. It's chicken and rice in broth, simple, but you get a whole pint for under $6 and comes with tasty wontons as well. You can make it a meal and it's a great value. The Peking duck rolls are good: shredded Peking duck and lettuce in rolled flour tortillas with plum dipping sauce. A nice snack, not quite worth $6.50, but nice if you want a bit of Peking duck without the full production. The steamed pork dumplings were fairly good and standard, with the right proportion of meat and dough, and the usual soy sauce dip. Shanghai noodles provided a good showing. They were very flavorful and not too greasy. These were more spicy than most places we've tried, just shy of being too hot for Mr. Cuddles. We’ve tried the triple delight and sesame chicken. Both were tasty and about as expected. The sesame chicken had a good proportion of broccoli to chicken. This is a reasonably priced Chinese restaurant and we’ll likely be back again many more times. Give them a try!"
