"this small Burrito shop is not right in the city, but it is very close and with all Veg fillings it is definitely worth the fast car ride. all house burritos are available as bowls, salads, tacos and quesadillas, and they have a great build them own menu full veg options including tofu, four different types of bon and many sweets. veg diners can be in an extra drilling or veggie filling when they build their own. I enjoyed the well-stocked house vegetarian burrito, el cuervo: black beans, kichererbsen, sweet kartoffel, roasted zucchini, pico de gallo. with the sweet spicy mango vinaigrette, it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I really enjoyed the mix of both black bon and cheeky. I am looking forward to meeting in one of their other tasty sounding sauces 5 of which 5 are vegan and also to build up my own at future visits. the house vegan burrito comes with pebbles, zilantro mais, paprika, veggieslaw, pico de gallo, greens and cilantro limettevinaigrette. a thing I would like to see would be a kind of full-grain option if not for the rice at least for the tortillas. the room is bright and welcoming and there are seats in the open. my best choice for veg eating in peterborough!"
