Pancho's Pizza - Carta

The sandwich was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. There is a bit of a wait, so just be sure to allow some extra time.

I visit Peterborough once or twice a month and usually grab a pizza or two to go from Pancho's. Their thin crust, New York-style pizza is excellent and far superior to other pizza places in Peterborough.

I absolutely love Pancho's! This time, I ordered a cheeseburger sub with seasoned fries, while my date got a buffalo chicken sub. Both were delicious, just like always. I'll definitely be returning soon! Ver carta

I was literally put on hold for 10 minutes. The pizza arrived cold, and the toppings were even colder, as if they were added after the pizza was baked (raw onions). Unfortunately, this isn't my first disappointing experience here, but it will definitely be my last.

Pancho's is undoubtedly the best pizzeria in Peterborough. I don't care what others might say; their pizza crust, sauce, and any combination of toppings you choose are simply fantastic! While I enjoy exploring all the pizzerias in town and think they’re all great, I consistently find myself declaring Pancho's as the top spot, and my family shares the same sentiment. Had a fantastic experience! We got their mushroom/sausage and veggie pizza and both tasted great. Their large was definitely bigger than their local competitors and they are open. Surprisingly some of the most popular options in the area are rarely open during the week. When I picked up my pizzas I had the chance to look around and they have beautiful decor and a pool table—definitely an option for dine-in. Looking forward to our next ponchos pizza! Ver carta

Didn't love the subs we got here. Pizza menu isn't great. Showed up to pick up my food at the time I was told it would be ready and was informed it would be another 20 minutes wait for my fries. Ridiculous. If it takes an hour to make French fries then just tell me that on the phone when I order and don't surprise me with that info when I show up. Oh and then I get my pizza home and 2/3 of my pizza toppings had been omitted. So in short, I'm not wasting my time or money here again.

We mistakenly believed that ordering subs would be quicker than ordering pizza. In fact, a long line of customers behind us was served before we were. Additionally, the cashier made us wait while she took a phone order, which took at least 10 minutes. When she finished, she mentioned that the phone order could wait until all the other customers were served. The priorities in the kitchen seem a bit off. The fish sandwich was alright, but I wouldn't make a special trip to come back here.

Use it or lose it: Peterborough is in short supply of good, unpretentious food options, but this place is a true gem. For its genre, this restaurant is definitely worth your money. The pizza, featuring well-made dough and sauce with classic toppings like pepperoni, supreme, or meat, is outstanding and brings to mind the quality of NYC pizza. I particularly enjoy the sausage, pepper, and onion sandwich, which they wrapped neatly, with a napkin carefully rolled inside the paper.
