So good! The only difficult thing is choosing what to order. Everything is delicious, fresh and made to order. Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and helpful!

This place is a 4 overall in my book but today I was disappointed to have yellowed kale and other yellowed greens in my $14 salad. This is mostly a lunch spot so make sure to have a backup dinner plan as their evening hours are very inconsistent.

Delicious salad, the price was a little on the high end and I didn't know the salads came chopped as they are visibly marketed otherwise. However it was still really fresh and tasty. The customer service was fast and excellent. The place has a very open and clean kitchen and all the staff was properly dressed for contamination prevention with gloves and headwear. Ver carta

The food is good and fresh, but the restaurant has very inconsistent hours. We have arrived multiple times only to find a sign taped to the door saying they are closed. The hours seem to vary, with them being open on some Saturdays and closed on others, opening until 5 or 6 on some days and closing at 4 or earlier on others during the week. It is difficult to support a place we enjoy when we cannot rely on their hours.

I really enjoy the salads at this restaurant, but it seems that the Birmingham location is closed. The Google page has not been updated to reflect this. I have walked to the restaurant from work twice in the last two weeks, only to find the lights off and doors locked. There is no notice posted and no one available to confirm the closure over the phone, as I was simply redirected to automated messaging and then hung up on.

The restaurant frequently closes before the posted hours. I have made the effort to drive 30-45 minutes before closing time only to find the doors locked and service refused because they had already cleaned up 45 minutes early. This lack of adherence to posted service hours is unacceptable. Additionally, the service provided is subpar. During my visit, the associate stopped taking my order to assist someone else who had walked in with their order. It would have been more appropriate to finish my order first before helping the next guest, rather than making me wait an extra 5-8 minutes for no valid reason. I expected better service. Ver carta
